Sundi - 2 bedrooms in Justicia

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Derivative of its name, Sundi offers a luminous oasis in Madrid’s beloved Justicia district. Here, guests can soak up the boho-chic shine of the neighborhood while indulging in the many tapas bars scattered throughout the streets. Back inside this 120-square meter home, the awe continues. Offering two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, Sundi is sure to impress.

Basked in golden hues, Sundi starts with a warm entrance. To the left is a washroom with an eye-catching striped accent wall.

The next door on the left leads to the first ensuite bedroom. Natural fiber covers the back wall behind the queen-sized bed while the other side of the space is lined with built-in storage. To the left of the room is the attached bathroom complete with a shower-tub combination.

Exiting the bedroom leads to the palatial, open-concept living and dining area. A Congolese-inspired wood carving covers the ceiling over the lounge space. On the other side of the room, Sundi offers a six-person dining set. The space is lined with balconies perfect for a morning coffee.

Past the dining room is Sundi’s kitchen space. Coated in lush green tones, the kitchen boasts style and functionality. Modern appliances and a two-person breakfast bar complete the kitchen. All the necessary cooking utensils are included.

In the far corner of the main space is the second ensuite bedroom. The second bedroom feels like a home within itself, complete with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and separate office. Light floods the space from the bedroom’s sunny balcony.

All bedding and linens are provided.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.

This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
