Wonderful hotel with in room hot spring

delicious breakfast and dinner, in room hot spring bathtub, and able to reserve private hot spring which fits a family of 4 at once. Not to mention it's right next to a ski slope!

冬休みに家族5人で利用させて頂きました。 接客は親切丁寧です。 ゲレンデも目の前で3歳児から中学校まで大喜び。 前日に降雪があったので雪質も最高でした。 施設は古さを感じますが総合的に良いホテルさんでした。

晚餐非常豐富,早餐就太簡单,唯ㄧ不満意是私人温泉時間因前台英語不好把8点変成9点,使我得不到所想的享受

酒店遠離亅R站，車程要50分鐘。除非自駕遊，否則必須依賴接送服務，惟酒店只提供2個時間選擇，必須小心可能影響其他行程。接送車非常殘舊汚糟。另㚈，酒店有私人的室㚈溫泉可供服務，惟只提供一次服務，雖然應要求加多一次，但原來的安排未能滿足一般需求。食物質素一般而已。大部分員工不能應付普通英語。
