This cottage is situated in the heart of Magione and is ideal for a small family. You can dive into the refreshment of the swimming pool provided for rejuvenation. You can visit various mouth-drooling multi-cuisine restaurants and fill your bags with general supplies from stores that are 5-minute drive away. At this facility, you will find free use of the swimming pool, the barbecue area, a small equipped gym and the children's play area.

There is a serene lake where you can sit in tranquillity nearby. The house is fully furnished and well-equipped. There is a garden with garden furniture where you can relax or enjoy barbecue nights with your loved ones. Breakfast is not included in the price, but you can make it, upon reservation, at a cost of € 5 per person. The parking is inside our property, you can park freely in our private parking. The recycling bins are located along the road, outside the gate of the property, on the right as you exit.
