The ground floor consists of a large living room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, wifi, table and chairs, and a nice decor in light tones. The living room has access to a terrace with sea views and outdoor furniture for 6 people.

It has a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, hand blender, capsule coffee machine and Italian coffee maker, and everything you need.

Separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

It has three double bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor with two beds each and a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has access to a large terrace with views.

In addition, the villa has a safe without a combination, a cot and a highchair, and a portable barbecue.



The villa will have free wifi for guests.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
