Villa Festina Lente is located only 2 km from the sea and a few minutes' walk to the nearest restaurants and shops, this villa is an excellent choice for a relaxing family vacation. The beautiful villa has the charm of a minimalist modern touch.
On the ground floor you will find an elegant living room connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room, which is located on the ground floor, as well as the bedrooms are air-conditioned so that you can completely relax during hot summer days. There are two bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room, which means that the villa can accommodate up to 5 people. From the ground floor you have direct access to the spacious terrace surrounding your own private heated pool, where you can spend your days soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade on the high-quality sun loungers. There is also a covered area with a barbecue, a small summer kitchen and a dining table at your disposal. You will also have four bicycles at your disposal to explore the area.

This is a relatively new and quality villa with great views, immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed for a very enjoyable 7 night stay. Although there was an initial issue with the pool heater this was swiftly resolved once identified and the host was extremely responsive before and during our stay. There is building construction in the vicinity but the villa was actually very quiet. Although the walk down the steep hill to Makarska beach area/restaurants was 15 mins and 20/25 to the harbour, returning by car/taxi is easier than walking. There is a small supermarket 7min walk down the hill, though larger outlet only 3min drive. Highly recommend.

Einfach toll, das Haus war genauso beschrieben, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die BegrĂŒĂŸung war sehr herzlich und der Obstkorb eine Wucht. Auch wurde sich wĂ€hrend unseres 14tĂ€gigen Aufenthaltes sehr gut ums uns und unsere beiden TeeniemĂ€dchen gekĂŒmmert. Unser Hund konnte frei laufen weil das Haus rundherum abgesichert ist.Wir werden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Ein super Haus

Wir waren ĂŒberrascht, wie schön das ganze Anwesen ist. Das Haus, der Pool, die Lounches und die komplette Einrichtung waren erste Sahne. Die Lage etwas oberhalb von Makarska ermöglicht einen tolle Ausblick. Leider wurde rund um das Haus gebaut, auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen, was uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Trotzdem wĂŒrden wir das Haus wieder buchen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, genau wie auf den Bildern, leider befindet sich die Unterkunft in einen Neubaugbiet und man hört den ganzen Tag BaulĂ€rm und die LKWs und Baumaschinen fahren oft am Haus vorbei, dadurch wird das Urlaubsfeeling getrĂŒbt... Perfekte Kommunikation und reibungsloser Ablauf.

Lovely Makarska villa

Very well equipped villa with lovely views to Makarska. Spacious living and dining area. Enjoyed the heated pool. Owner was attentive and responded to our questions quickly. A short drive to the town centre and shops. Despite lots of building sites in the street, the property was quiet and secluded.

Ferienhaus ist perfekt

Schickes Haus und alles stimmt. Zu Fuss kann man wunderbar Supermarkt, Restaurants und City erreichen, den Aufstieg zum Haus sollte man mit dem Taxi machen. Leider hat der Ort sehr steile Straßen. Unsere Erfahrung ist, das fĂŒr Hundebesitzer die Umgebung nicht geeignet ist. Toller Service wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts und beim Check in und Check out. Dieses Objekt können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

We loved our stay here. Villa is better than the photographs online and has a beautiful view, we would love to visit again. Walk back from town is up a VERY steep hill. Be prepared to use taxis/hire car if you have mobility issues or a baby in a pram like we did.

Beautiful stay at Villa Festina lente

The villa is perfectly situated up the hill in Makarska, easily reachable by car. The views down to the harbour and across to the island are beautiful. We used to walk down to the promenade in Makarska and get a taxi back during the evenings. There is a large supermarket at the end of the road which was very convenient. We arrived during the early hours on a Sunday morning and Kreơo the villa owner was there to greet us and show us around. The fresh fruit and bottle of wine were a very welcome addition; especially taking into consideration the time we arrived. Kreơo checked in with us the day after we arrived and asked if everything was ok; he was on hand if needed which was good to know. The villa itself is beautiful; and has everything you need and more. It was home from home and was very well equipped - the owners have thought of everything. Lots of lovely touches and very clean! Outside is perfect; plenty of comfortable seating - including table and chairs under a sheltered area, a shower and sun loungers. The pool was beautiful and clean. Our daughters particularly loved the egg chair! All in all; I’d highly recommend the villa to anyone wishing to stay in Makarska. The perfect villa in the perfect location; we visited Tucepi and Baska Voda (the next resorts on from Makarska) both within a 10 minute drive of the villa.

Gehobener Standard mit Grillplatz und Pool, strandnah

Sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht, genug Platz drinnen wie draußen. Kaum einsehbar, ruhig gelegen. Pool morgens etwas kalt, halt Oktober. Kaum Wind, allerdings wetterabhĂ€ngig. Alles Nötige inklusive Strand, Restaurant, BĂ€ckerei, Supermarket, Tankstelle etc. gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, der RĂŒckweg zum Teil bergauf. Großartige Sicht zum Berg hoch sowie zum Meer hinunter, Makarska gut zu sehen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich mit guten Tipps. Sicherer Stellplatz fĂŒr 2 Autos, nicht am Straßenrand.

5 star villa - perfect for a family of 4. Set high in the hills with panaramic views to the sea.

Nicely set out with a great size pool, it’s a perfect size for a family of four. The house is well finished and comes with all the appliances you can think of. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay, but good access to all the action. The walk to and from the beach is within reach but the return leg is uphill all the way!!
