Villa Marina has four separate bedrooms with double beds, as well as a bedroom with a single bed. There are four bathrooms. In total, up to 10 people can stay in Villa Marina.



The villa has a large terrace with a private heated pool of 60m², a covered seating area and grill, high-quality garden furniture, loungers and parasols.



The living space is 264m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned.



A closed garage for several cars as well as outdoor parking spaces on the property are reserved exclusively for guests.



On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and a washing machine. You will also find two bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor, as well as the exit to the terrace.



On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with a single bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the large terrace with a stunning sea view.



In the basement there is a fitness room with a treadmill, various training equipment, toys for the children.



The konoba in the basement contains a fully equipped kitchen, as well as seating for 20 people, a private fireplace that can also be used as a grill. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet here.



Bed linen, hand and bath towels as well as pool towels are provided.



Villa Marina is built on a 3000m² plot, and is approx. 1.4km from the old town of Makarska. The garden is huge, beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, vines, olive trees and palms, the property is surrounded by cascade-like walls, and offers privacy.



Pets are welcome (max. 3 dogs, up to max. 25kg weight)
