The open kitchen offers an induction stove, oven, an American refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo and a conventional coffee machine.
The large bathroom on the ground floor has a spacious rain shower, a double sink, whirlpool bathtub and toilet.
There is also a guest toilet on the same bedroom level.
All bedrooms are equipped with new box spring beds and toppers.
The dike villa also has a boat mooring directly opposite the entrance to the house.
