This spectacular villa in Malaga is perfect for families looking for comfort and proximity to the city centre. With 4 spacious bedrooms and capacity for 8 people, it offers a modern and tastefully furnished 250 m² space, with views of the sea and the mountain Its strategic location allows access in just a few minutes to Gibralfaro Castle, the Parador, airport, train station and motorways that connect with tourist destinations such as Caminito del Rey, Nerja or Puerto Banús.



The accommodation is distributed over three floors:

**Lower Floor**: Here you will find spacious and bright bedrooms with natural wood parquet, including a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and office area. This floor connects with a large private garden with a Hawaiian-style pergola and barbecue area, perfect for enjoying family time and relaxing with yoga exercises or children's games.

**Ground Floor (street level)**: A spacious and elegantly decorated living room that includes a TV lounge and a balcony with sea views, ideal for relaxing or sharing intimate moments The fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people makes it easy to prepare home-cooked meals, complemented by the proximity to local shops for your daily shopping.

Spring Break in Malaga

This is a great property in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the beach (15min walk) and the old city center (20min walk). Plenty of space for our family and the manager handled the few minor issues we experienced. It was a great trip!

This MANSION is amazing. Comfortable, incredible view, beautifully decorated, clean, very well appointed. The area is quiet, very residential. Morning coffee by the pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is unbeatable. We arrived before check in and the receptionist Cristina was amazing. She accommodated for us to leave our luggage and collect keys before check in and was super helpful and responsive at all times! The villa was beautiful, huge and super clean, looked just like the photos. The owner and receptionist were super friendly and the stay was amazing. The view from the villa was beautiful, so close to the Old Town which was easy to get to as well as the beach. The pool was great and there was so much space for the group to relax. The stay was worth the price and we would definitely come back!

A beautiful and spacious villa which for our group of 7 ladies worked perfectly. Quiet location but walkable to the town, downhill was easier than uphill but taxis and Ubers are plentiful and cheap. Communication with our hosts was effective and friendly. They really really care that their guests are happy………and we were. Thank you.

The villa was great and the outside space amazing. It is in a good location, a bit of walk downhill to the main town, but a very easy taxi ride back up! Malaga town was absolutely perfect for our girls' weekend away!The hosts were flexible for checkout as they didn't have another booking, and they clearly take a lot of pride in their rental home. In addition, when we had a slight issue with one of the bathrooms, they fixed it immediately without us needing to be involved. Lovely place!

The property was in an amazing location. However, there was a lot of issues with the property. There were a lot of broken lights, unfinished areas, and the power downstairs kept going out. There were ants and the master suite. Overall, there could be improvements to the home and it has a lot of potential but needs to be maintained.

We has a wonderful stay at this Villa. Kristina provided detailed infomation and local knoweldge on check in. The villa iself is stunning, spacious and beautiful in design. There was some damage from a previous flood, wasnt major and they were working on repairs. We loved the pool area and variety of private outdoor spaces. The kitchen was fully stocked and bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable. The villa was sparkling clean. Thank you for a wonderful holidau.

Very nice house Malaga

Beautiful house! The house has a lot of space. Every morning breakfast at the terrace on the first floor, with a beautiful sea view. The swimming-pool and sunny rooftop terrace on top. We also loved the big garden, which was great for playing football and badminton. Good equiped kitchen, with a lot of plates and table cutlery. A special tv-room. The location on the mountain was no problem. Nice walk to the city centre (20 min). It’s also a great house for playing hide and seek :-) Some wall outlets were broken in that bedroom. A little more drinking glasses (for softdrinks or water) would be handy.
