The accommodation is distributed over three floors:
**Lower Floor**: Here you will find spacious and bright bedrooms with natural wood parquet, including a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and office area. This floor connects with a large private garden with a Hawaiian-style pergola and barbecue area, perfect for enjoying family time and relaxing with yoga exercises or children's games.

The property was in an amazing location. However, there was a lot of issues with the property. There were a lot of broken lights, unfinished areas, and the power downstairs kept going out. There were ants and the master suite. Overall, there could be improvements to the home and it has a lot of potential but needs to be maintained.
The accommodation was lovely and a really good size, it was in a good location and only a relatively short walk into town. Taxi are cheap and short to the town if needs be. Would recommend.
Fantasic location with walking distance to MĂĄlaga historic center
Vi var 2 nĂ€ra familjer som hyrde huset under nĂ„gra dagar i början av december. Ăven om det var offseason fick vi nĂ„gra soliga dagar och kunde sola lite pĂ„ solterrassen. Hade gĂ€rna anvĂ€nt poolen men den Ă€r inte uppvĂ€rmd. Stora ytor bĂ„de inne och inne.TyvĂ€rr hade det stora regnovĂ€dret skadat huset men vi var mycket nöjda med boendet! Vi gick till stan flera gĂ„nger och tog taxi nĂ„gra gĂ„nger. Kostade bara 5-7 .
My coworkers and I stayed at this home after a work event. There was lots of space, and it was an easy walk down the hill to restaurants/ shops etc. Rooftop pool/ lounge area has beautiful view. Would recommend!
This MANSION is amazing. Comfortable, incredible view, beautifully decorated, clean, very well appointed. The area is quiet, very residential. Morning coffee by the pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is unbeatable. Highly recommend this place if you want a quiet place to relax at night and a beautiful patio to enjoy your breakfast before heading to discover all the beauty things beautiful Malaga has to offer.
We has a wonderful stay at this Villa. Kristina provided detailed infomation and local knoweldge on check in. The villa iself is stunning, spacious and beautiful in design.
There was some damage from a previous flood, wasnt major and they were working on repairs.
We loved the pool area and variety of private outdoor spaces. The kitchen was fully stocked and bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable.
The villa was sparkling clean.

Vi havde 10 skÞnne dage i Malaga, med hÞj sol, fantastisk mad og at dejligt ophold i huset pÄ Calle Mimosas.
Alt i huset fungerede super godt og udsigten mod vand var skÞn. At gÄ til stranden og byen var nemt og enkelt - dog stod den tit pÄ Uber eller bus nÄr vi skulle retur, sÄ vi slap for den ganske lange stigning pÄ tilbagevejen. Alt i alt en skÞn ferie.
This is a great property in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the beach (15min walk) and the old city center (20min walk). Plenty of space for our family and the manager handled the few minor issues we experienced. It was a great trip!
