This beautiful designer apartment is located in the artistic district SoHo in the heart of Malaga city. The apartment was fully renovated in 2016 and offers a practical design with quality furnishings. The property offers a large open-plan kitchen with a stylish dining and living room with TV and two comfortable armchairs where you can enjoy views of the water and the city.



The apartment offers two bedrooms: one with double bed, wardrobe, TV, access to the terrace and a private bathroom with shower and the other offers two individual adjustable beds (which can be made into a double bed) and access to the terrace with two chairs and a table where you can enjoy the view and a glass of wine.



We offer another bathroom with shower. Here you will also find a washing machine and dryer. In order to offer you the perfect setting for your city break in Malaga, we have air conditioning, high speed Internet, elevator and we can offer parking for 15 € per day.

The appartment was in an excellent location with stunning views across Malaga. We did have company from some ants which was hard to eliminate but other than that the property was very good in terms of space, a good range of equipment eg cooking utensils, cleaning equipment etc Beds were comfortable. We were surprised we coukdn’t see any fire regs particularly as we were in 10th floor? Solaga holidays were easy to contact eg booking a return taxi with them was easy and promptly managed. We had a lovely week and would definitely use the appartment again. Would also recommend using Solaga Holidays. Thank you!

Pros: The apartment is in an ideal location close to shopping, food markets, and restaurants. It is in a very quiet secure building with amazing views of the surrounding areas. Beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with many items for food prep and cooking.Cons: We were unable to know if early check in was available until the day of arrival. This is less than ideal for an international flight arriving at 8AM. The internet router was broken and the repair was done during our stay requiring us to get up very early on two days of our 5 day stay. One of they days no one from the booking/management team came to facilitate the work. A repairman for a kitchen countertop also came very early one morning which was very inconvenient. Overall I found the booking and management personnel to be impolite and unhelpful. Although we were glad to have internet the repetitive early morning interruptions to our stay could have been avoided. The floors in the apartment were dirty and the master bathroom shower head was broken.

Fabulous 10th floor apartment

A lovely, well equipped apartment on the 10th floor which offered fantastic views thanks to 2 walls being glass. There are lifts to the apartment thankfully! The bed was very comfortable and the seating area was great allowing us to enjoy the views in comfort. The apartment is high enough to watch the birds in flight - including a marsh harrier which entertained us greatly. There is also a small balcony which can be accessed from both bedrooms and is lovely to enjoy breakfast on. There is only seating for 2 on the balcony but that didn’t worry us as we went as a couple! However there are other seats which can be taken out if there are 4 people

The apartment was perfect. From location, to amenities , to dealing with the listing group-Solaga, everything was wonderful. The glass windows wrap around the kitchen, living room and dining room giving you a view of the city, ocean and mountains. Everything is up to date and functioning well. Beds are very comfortable. The apartment is in easy walking distance to all downtown sites, restaurants and shopping. It is also close to the local and long distance train lines. The property was in excellent shape had great views and had everything for a great stay.Wish TV had a few more English programs but didn’t spend much time in apartments thought cleaning fees a little high as we left it immaculate but always treat rentals like out home! Beautiful modern apartment excellently located

This apartment is perfectly located. Close to everything : beaches, restaurantes, bars, supermarkets. Teresa, the property manager, was very helpful with her suggestions of where to eat. Check-in and check-out process could not be easier !!! We were 4 and enjoy a lot the place. We really had a great time.

The apartment was wonderful. The view was the best. The appliances are high end. It took us awhile to figure out how to work the stove top as it’s an induction cook top. And the drawer with tableware has a hidden drawer inside it with the silverware. Beds were comfortable, some places apparantly do not use top sheets, just fitted sheet and comforter which seemed strange to us but discovered another apartment while in Spain that also didn’t use top sheets. We absolutely loved the apartment though, would love to go back and stay again. The hosts were great at responding to our questions.
