The accommodation in Malaga offers a unique opportunity to stay first class in the heart of the city with high quality furniture as well as modern and a practical design that makes your holiday perfect from check-in till check-out.

This modern and stylish holiday apartment in Malaga city centre is set on one level with an additional upper rooftop terrace. The holiday apartment offers a large open-plan living and dining area with Smart TV, comfortable sofa, dining table and a modern open-plan kitchen with all accessories, bathroom, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, shower and direct access to the charming terrace with outdoor dining table and a trendy outdoor lounge area.

cancelled one day before stay

first, please ignore all ratings despite the overall rating...I wasn't able to submit a review without rating...The stay was cancelled one day before it was supposed to start because of a water damage caused by rain. It has been raining for 3 weeks straight, so the timing of the cancellation was a bit unfortunate, but of course it is possible that the flat hold up for three weeks and then couldn't take it anymore...The host offered us a full refund and also an alternative flat. so far so good, the reason for the one star review is the fact that the offered alternative was an inferior apartment which was offered on VRBO for a way lower daily rate than the booked stay. I accepted the offer but of course asked for the difference in price to be refunded...and the host refused. Anyways, I asked for the full refund and got it without any complications, but the offer and whole attitude was quite infuriating.

Good apartment in a fun location

Good apartment, well equipped and spacious with a lovely terrace that has super views over Plaza de La Merced and the city. Well located with key attractions very close by, and just a 15min walk to the beach. Note: there are building works in progress right next door currently with some noise and dust, but not really much inconvenience.

This was our second trip to Malaga and it did not disappoint. There were fantastic views of the city and the sunsets were unforgettable. This home was updated nicely, clean, had everything we needed, and the check in was seamless. We would highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to experience the city side of Malaga.

Our best rental property!

We have been renting through VRBO and Airbnb for years; we've stayed at multiple properties around Europe and the US. This is the best property that we have ever rented! The neighborhood is lively and has lots of restaurants with a pretty plaza across the street. The views are outstanding and the decks are just breathtaking. The unit is essentially brand new and nicely decorated. In this case, the pictures are good, but it might even be nicer in real life! While I agree with the observation that the entrance leaves a bit to be desired, it is an extremely safe location. The main pedestrian street in Malaga is 1/2 block away. We will definitely rent here again.

Beautiful apartment

Ignore the entrance to the building as the apartment is fabulous. Spotless and well laid out. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms is great. The terrace is fabulous and the view lovely. Roof top area great for sunbathing, nobody can see over. Near to Malaga centre and great selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. Not too far from beach. The only small negative is that you are very close to a square full of cafe bars which do not calm down until 2.30am, so there is some noise if you are in front bedroom. It didnt spoil our holiday though, which was fantastic. A big thankyou to Miguel who checked us in speedily and gave us great tips and advice. Would definitely come back!!

Perfect apartment in a great location

The apartment is very well equipped and maintained to an excellent standard. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had in holiday accommodation. The outside terrace space is what really makes this apartment special-comfortable furniture and an amazing view over Malaga.

I have been to Malaga many times but usually stay in an hotel. This time we chose Mercedes apartment. It was fantastic. The apartment was fantastic. Great location, very central and close to many first class restaurants The apartment was very modern and had everything you could wish for. We had two lovey terraces which got the sun all day .I would definitely stay here again. The company Solaga who are the agents were brilliant, nothing at all was a problem.Very professional and very helpful. Everything about this holiday was great.

A Perfect Ground Zero

A modern apartment on the very top of an ancient (slightly seedy)building, it met and exceeded our expectations once we got over a little culture shock. (No Dorothy, you are not in Kansas anymore). Solara the manager was efficient and helpful. You can trust their description of the apartment. Best of all was the terrace, where every evening we gathered to watch the sunsets with a cup of gelato or glass of an adult beverage. The Hop-On, Hop Off bus stop is literally across the street from the apartment entrance as is the Plaza Mercede, with a lively but not obnoxious bar and tapas scene where the action can stretch well past most Norte Americanos bedtimes.. Excellent new doors and windows plus good air conditioning minimized the street noises. Finally, you are literally only a block or so away from the fantastic cathedral and Roman Theatre and our favorite restaurant El Pimpii. Highly recommended if you want to feel immersed in the Malagan neighborhood lifestyle while having a sanctuary to retreat to and can handle tiny elevators that creak and the occasional noise of the real living going on around you.

Fabulous apartment

We stayed here with our cousins and we couldn't have been anywhere better. The 2 large terraces have stunning views across Malaga. The location is perfect with bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep and within walking distance of the marina. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The furniture is very comfortable and it is very tastefully decorated. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.
