The Apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a third pull-out bed. Both bedrooms have a balkony facing the lake. On the ground floor, for common use with other 2 apartments, there is a splendid terrace with deck chairs and the possibility of entering the water via a small ladder. We had a brilliant stay in Malcesine. The town is fabulous with lots of great places to eat and good links to other nearby towns. We visited Limone and Riva del Garda by boat and used our hire car to visit Torri del Benaco. The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of the town with great views across the lake. It is also very clean and Stefania is very friendly and helped by taking our bags to the apartment for us on her bike!

Beautiful lakefront property

We had a fantastic stay at Stefania’s lakefront property. It is accurately described, extremely clean (with common areas sanitized daily), quiet despite being in the center of old Malcesine and it offers an incredible view of the lake from both bedrooms and bedrooms balconies as well as a view of the old town from the kitchen/living room. Excellent communication with the host. Looking forward to return in other occasions.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem Appartement verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Stefania ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und sehr bemüht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist einzigartig …mit Balkon direkt über dem Gardasee und vorne raus steht man direkt mitten in wunderschönen Altstadt Die Möglichkeit über eine Leiter von der Terrasse aus direkt im Gardasee schwimmen zu können mit anschließender Whirlpool-Benutzung haben wir sehr genossen . Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt . Wir kommen bestimmt und sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Stefania

Wonderful stay

Schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und ein Teenager, hatten die Wohnung auf der 2. Etage. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Auf der Wohnzimmerseite befindet sich die Altstadt mit zahlreichen wirklich guten Restaurants. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns ideal, direkt im Herzen des Ortes, aber durch die rückwärtigen Schlafzimmer zugleich nicht zu laut. Erwähnen möchte ich auch die Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum See, man erntet täglich neidische Blicke anderer Touristen. Es gibt einen fest zugewiesenen Parkplatz der zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar ist. Unser Gepäck wurde mit einem Lastenfahrrad transportiert. Die Vermieterin ist ist sehr nett und war immer für uns erreichbar. Danke Stefania, wir kommen wieder

Einzigartige Unterkunft in bester Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vom Anfang bis zum Ende genossen. Die geräumige Unterkunft bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über den Gardasee und ist trotz seiner sehr zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Der Whirlpool und der Seezugang runden dieses Angebot ab. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage mit wunderschönen Blick auf den See.

Und hat es hier super gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin Stefi ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit hier!!!!!
