You will live on 3 elegant residential levels connected by an elevator. On the lowest floor you will find a SZ, the indoor pool and the garden with a well-kept lawn. The large sliding doors of the pool can be opened. The indoor pool is heated to 28 degrees Celsius all year round and the cost is included. All 4 spacious bedrooms are en suite. Another practical bathroom with separate shower and toilet is located on the ground floor by the pool. Fireplace only decorative. Electricity included. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit. License number: 16760/2015
Fornalutx is nestled between the mountain ranges of the Tramuntana Mountains, a unique mountain setting that has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This lovely valley in the mountains is located above Soller and overwhelms its visitors with its many orange plantations and lush green olive groves. A pleasant mountain village with a very special flair - it was even chosen as one of the most beautiful places in all of Spain. The nearby restaurants are known island-wide for their good local cuisine. A small supermarket and the bakery with many typical local specialties are within easy walking distance.
