Apartment close to the beach with terrace and communal pool, YourHouse Ronda Playa Holidays

The whole apartment is only for our guests. The pool and garden are communal.



YourHouse team is happy to help you with everything you may need. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., weekends and holidays from 08 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition, we have an emergency phone that is operational 24 hours.



The ground floor is part of a complex in Son Bauló, a quiet and familiar neighborhood of Can Picafort. On the beach you can rent sun beds and umbrellas, or take a walk on the seafront with many restaurants and bars. There are many dream beaches in the north; among them Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Formentor. In winter, the area is ideal for hiking and cycling or playing golf in Alcanada. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the bus station are nearby.



A car is not necessary.



To consider:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist fee, called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest from 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. As of the ninth night, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa and the other supplements will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. Such payment is mandatory.



The security cameras are not working while there are guests in the apartment.



Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of the DNI's or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.
