Attractive rustic villa in Alcudia with swimming pool, paddle tennis and soccer

Charming villa located just outside the symbolic town of Alcudia, just a few minutes from the Paradise Bay, ranked as one of the 7 best international beaches. It has a spacious landscaped garden, surrounded by native trees, paved terraces with cocquetos corners to relax, inviting swimming pool, paddle tennis and soccer. The villa is distributed as follows: at the foot of the villa is a large covered terrace with a nice outdoor lounge with pool table and BBQ.
Inside on the ground floor we can find a spacious living room with fireplace and direct access to the porch, followed by a comfortable and spacious fully equipped with outdoor access and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs 1 double, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bath are available. The third double bedroom with en suite is a great attraction for the funniest of the house. All rooms are carefully detailed, with the best finishes in quality materials and exquisite decoration renovated rustic Mallorcan style.

Sehr schönes Haus

Die Außenanlage und das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Strand ist ein gutes StĂŒck entfernt, mit dem Auto jedoch sehr gut zu erreichen. Einziger Minuspunkt: in der NĂ€he gibt es eine KlĂ€ranlage, je nach Windrichtung riecht es manchmal ein wenig streng.

Great villa

Beautiful villa and excellent hosts. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us! The grounds are well maintained, the villa was beautiful and rustic and had everything you needed. My son loved having holiday pets of tortoises and chickens. I would highly recommend for a family holiday.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Es war ein unfassbar toller Urlaub in der Finca. Der Check in & Check out war total entspannt und unkompliziert. Es war alles da was man gebraucht hat und der Aussenbereich war einfach traumhaft. Sehr freundlich und lieb war auch die Überraschung mit dem mallorqinischem GebĂ€ck an einem morgen. Gab nur zwei Minuespunkte. Das eine Bett hat nur beim rumdrehen schon allein laute GerĂ€usche gemacht und an manchen Abende hat man die KlĂ€ranlage gerochen die scheinbar nicht weit weg ist. Kann man aber trotzdem nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die tolle Zeit die wir haben durften.

Great facilities and house

Loved our stay. We had a car so was able to go to large supermarkets. This may have been difficult without a car. The pool, outdoor kitchen, football and tennis courts were fun. The only thing’s missing was beach items such as chairs and mats as we had thought previous guests would leave them there as we did. Hosts were super friendly and informative. Thank you for a great stay ❀

Traumhaft

FĂŒr unseren Familienurlaub im Herbst haben wir genau die richtige Unterkunft gefunden. Ein tolles rustikales Haus mit allem was man braucht, einen gepflegten, wunderschönen Garten mit Pool und sportlichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten (die jeden Tag intensiv genutzt wurden :-)!) und vielen Katzen, die uns regelmĂ€ĂŸig besucht, aber nicht gestört haben. Da die Hauptsaison auf Mallorca gerade beendet war, konnten wir die Insel ohne großen Urlauberandrang genießen. Vielen Dank and die tollen Vermieter, die uns mit Tipps zu Restaurants versorgt und mit leckerem Kuchen und frischen Eiern ĂŒberrascht haben.

Great Property

Lovely property which is located close to the Bellevue area of Alcudia. It is close to lots of restaurants and shops (within walking distance). The pool is great and was very clean. The staff were lovely and kind, from the Gardner to the Maid. When leaving we had directed our pre-booked taxi to the wrong location and it was very difficult talking to the taxi firm when you only know one or two words of Spanish. The owner of the property and the Maid got on the phone and soon sorted the issue. They went above and beyond. Without them I think the taxi would have refused to come. All in all it was a lovely stay. The owner also brought us pastries on the day we were leaving which was very kind. The neighbours have horses and a cute little chihuahua dog which I wanted to take home as it was adorable. I’d definitely recommend this property if staying in Alcudia.

Durchweg sehr gut

Wir haben gerade 10 Tage in der Finca hinter uns. Es war wirklich ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub und wir waren alle durchweg sehr zufrieden. Der Poolbereich bzw. generell der Garten ist ein Traum. Auch der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin war wirklich super, wir haben sogar am Sonntag Kuchen bekommen. Das einzige was etwas negativ aufgefallen ist, sind die Betten. Hier könnte man in neue Betten investieren, Diese sind sehr laut und die Matrazen recht hart. Wir wĂŒrden sofort wieder kommen!

Alcudia trip

We had a wonderful time at Juan Carlos's villa. It has everything you need - a pool, tennis courts, snooker table, bbq and even tortoises in the garden. Maralina was lovely and very helpful throughout our trip. We did struggle a lot with the local taxi company who were very hit and miss and often no taxi turned up meaning we waited for over an hour before giving up on them one night. I think there is a problem in general with the taxis in this area. Therefore I would recommend having a car if you are staying here. It is an easy walk to Alcudia but Port de Pollenca is nicer for dinner and drinks- 15 min drive away. There are shops within walking distance also. We would stay again for certain if we knew the taxis were running properly so everyone can have a drink with dinner!

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Haus etwas altmodisch aber nicht schlimm. Der Außenbereich war angenehm groß und der Fußball und Tennisplatz sehr gut.

Just lovely

Really beautiful property. Kids loved the tennis court! Feb visit so needed a fire at night which was so cosy and easy to create with wood and kindling provided. Marilina and Tolo friendly, warm and attentive hosts, generous with eggs from their chickens and a lovely traditional mallorca pastry for breakfast on penultimate morning . Can’t fault anything.. thoroughly recommend and thank you to a really genuine host family who could not do enough to make sure we were happy and comfortable !

Sehr gerne wieder...

Leider viel zu kurz. Es war sehr schön in Alcudia und die Finca traumhaft. Die Finca ist optimal gelegen. Die Anlage ist schön bewachsen mit Orleander, Kakteen und Palmen etc... alles in allem wĂŒrden wir sofort wieder buchen wollen. Danke an die lieben Gastgeber fĂŒr die leckere Überraschung am Sonntag Morgen. Hoffentlich bis bald wieder

Gorgeous outdoor facility, but very dirty inside

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The outdoor facilities are fantastic and great for a family with kids or couple(s). The house inside unfortunately is /was not very clean. One of the (3) bathrooms has quite a strong smell and the master bed makes very strong noises (quite an old wood), which makes it almost impossible to sleep there. Besides, you have a lot of noises coming from the roof during the night. Overall, place can be recommended to people, if you don't put too much focus on cleanliness and sleeping comfort.
