Beach Villa Catalina for eight people with pool

Beach Villa Catalina is a charmingly beautiful holiday home with a private pool located a short walk from the sandy beach and shops of Can Picafort. With capacity for 8 people in 4 bedrooms, the villa offers unbeatable value for money in a location where a car is not essential. The interiors are cosy and beautifully decorated, the gardens are welcoming and the newly installed pool is appealing: all the ingredients for unforgettable holidays!



Inside, the villa is distributed over 2 floors. The ground floor is occupied by a huge covered terrace and a useful bathroom next to the swimming pool. The upper floor, which can be accessed by an exterior staircase, offers a fully equipped large kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are, respectively, 2 double and 2 single, but the two single beds can be joined to form doubles if guests so desire. One of the rooms has its own bathroom with shower, while the remaining 3 rooms share a family bathroom. All interiors have been carefully renovated to offer comfort, style and a sense of freedom. The living room has air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed times between 14:00 and 16:00 and 20:00 to 20:00).



Spacious terraces surround the entire upper floor.



In the exterior, the villa has its own charming gardens, with shaded dining areas, bushes, flowers and a beautiful private swimming pool (15 square metres). The pool is equipped with sun loungers for the guests' comfort. Dining by the pool or enjoying a drink before heading to the beach will be a true delight!



The tourist tax is included in the rates.



Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
