Country house with private pool & Tennis Court - GREAT for families - Free Wifi

- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. This exclusive and eye-catching property is located in a large plot of lovely mallorquin landscape. The house is composed by 4 double bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed
- Bedroom 2: Double bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 single bed
- Bedroom 4: 2 single bed in a open & spacius area
and 2 complete bathrooms + 1 toilette. The spacious dining room offers large views to the garden and pool while the living room is equipped with a typical fireplace.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and present a dedicated area with table and chairs. The house is 350 square meters and tl ground covers 15,000 meters. The beautiful surroundings of this country house are composed of green area with palm trees, a large pool with outdoor hot water shower, a private tennis course (with artificial lights) and a BBQ place for the long evening summer or winter nights, since you will also enjoy a special covered area.
Bunyola is a restful township located at the meeting point between the Tramuntana mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. This house is located in a valley near the picturesque Mallorquin train to Sóller.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.  
The “ECOTASA” (tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. 
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

Schön, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Wir haben uns im Haus wohl gefĂŒhlt, aber ich muss sagen, dass das Haus und die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind. Sowohl im Garten als auch innen. Leider ist der Poolbereich etwas ungepflegt z.B. alte Liegen, Unkraut auf den Fliesen, alte Möbel es fehlen Fliesen im Pool, vertrocknete Planzen auf der Terrasse etc. Es wĂ€re mit wenig Aufwand ein großer Unterschied zu erzielen-schade, dass man das nicht investiert. FĂŒr den Mietpreis kann man mehr erwarten. Die Lage ist toll fĂŒr alle, die gerne fĂŒr sich sind. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Der Empfang und die Betreuung wÀhrend des Aufenthalts waren excellent, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Haus ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Garten ebenfalls, aber sauer und funktionsfÀhig. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Preis Leistung stimmt.

Me sentĂ­ como en casa

Hemos pasado dos semanas increíbles ! La casa es muy completa, espaciosa y sobre todo muy cómoda y acogedora. Es la primera vez que me siento “como en casa” en una propiedad alquilada . Pero lo mejor de todo Toni, Sofi y Xavi, unos anfitriones increíbles . Desde el principio nos han dado toda la información relenvante y durante toda la estancia han estado pendientes de nosotros para que todo fuera perfecto . Os recomiendo sinceramente la experiencia .

Excellent family holiday

This home provided the perfect spot for some R&R, for our whole family, from my grandson of 10 months to my mother at 83! Toni could not have been more welcoming or helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. We collected fresh eggs from the chickens each morning for breakfast, and despite the rural location, had the convenience of an Aldi just four miles away. The tennis court and swimming pool were well used, even late at night, as they are both floodlit, and having initially thought it a little strange, we absolutely loved the convenience of a hot outdoor shower. The BBQ and Pizza over meant we were happy to spend our evenings in, but within 20 mins we could also be in Port SĂłller, Palma, on the west coast or in one of the lovely mountain towns such as Valldemossa or Fornalutx. For us this home was perfect in terms of value for money and a restful vacation, just wished we had stayed longer!

Fantastic family holiday!

We had an amazing 10 days at Sa Rota - probably the best family holiday we have ever had. The villa is huge with loads of space both inside and out. The property is really well equipped with everything that you could need – including a basement full of toys and inflatables for the pool. We managed to bring something new up almost every day for the children to play with in the pool. The pool also deserves its own mention. It really made the villa. It is one of the largest pools we have seen and was also very children friendly. Being on the same level and in clear view of the villa also meant it was easier for the kids, as they could enjoy a bit more independence and be supervised from slightly afar. The kids absolutely loved it! We couldn’t get them out of it most days! And on any days out they always kept asking when we could get back to the pool. The children also loved the tennis courts and having a go at hitting some tennis balls in an evening. They also enjoyed helping to feed/ the vegetable / fruit peelings to the chickens, who they became quite fond of. The location is also perfect (with a car). About 20 mins out of Palma, but then easy access to the rest of Mallorca (including about 20 mins to the beautiful Port de Soller). It is a rural setting, but that meant it was lovely and quiet and peaceful. Other than the neighbouring animals, we hardly heard another person during the whole holiday. Toni was also a great host and gave us a great welcome on arrival and talked us through everything. There was good communication and it was easy to coordinate arrival and departure times. He was also happy to meet us early on the morning of check out as we had an early departure to the airport. The only slight issue, which is not a criticism as we knew before we booked, but we did slightly underestimate the effect of the lack of any air-con. Inside does get quite warm! There are large fans in each bedroom, so sleeping wasn’t affected too much (the kids all slept fine), but general day-to-day use of the house could easily work up a sweat! But it was a fantastic holiday and place to stay. We would definitely go back should we return to Mallorca again.

Prachtig ruimte villa met zwembad en tennisbaa, in een rustig omgeving, centraal gelegen op Marlorca

Prima, ruime en schone villa met bijna alles wat je je zou wensen aanwezig.De 4e slaapkamer is, wat overigens wel vermeld wordt een “open slaapkamer”. Is niet voor alle gezelschappen aanlokkelijk. Wel een afstand tot de winkels. Een huurauto is een noodzaak. Eigenaar echter heel bereidwillig om je hierin te helpen. Schitternde omgeving voor het maken van wandeling een en fietstichten, aangezien het erg centraal ligt op Mallorca. Erg veel last van muggen gehad, helaas. Ook kraaiende hanen, die je s’morgens wakker maken, maar vooruit. In het huis werkte de wasmachine niet zoals we gewend zijn. Tip voor de eigenaar, om de deur een te voor zien van stickers. 2x zijn we tegen een dichte deur aan gelopen.

Beautiful villa very well appointed only lacking air conditioning.

A lovely villa set in a large plot a little drive from the nearest amenities... a car is essential. Easy drive from the airport. We used the pool and tennis court endlessly but almost never used the lounge or the dining room.. preferring to sit and eat outside ... just as it should be. Nights without air con were difficult and despite the “rural “ location were a little noisy ...cockerels, dogs a pea hen and a donkey all on other plots. Our hosts TONY and Sophia were most accommodating and very nice people. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

Fantastic place!

Wonderful house in a great location. Had all the amenities necessary and more. The house was absolutely amazing with great tennis court, fantastic swimming pool and a small gym with table tennis in the basement - kids loved it as much as we did. There is satellite TB and wifi at the house which was great. They even have a couple of chickens so had fresh eggs every morning for breakfast. The house inside was clean and very modern. Great BBQ area and pizza oven and ate outside every night which was lovely. Have never been to Majorca before so was blown away by how beautiful the island is. You do need a car but everything is between 10 to 40 mins drive. We would not hesitate in recommending this house as it was in a quiet area but still had loads to do within a short distance. Felt very safe and had a truly relaxing time - will definitely be returning next year.

Another perfect time for the whole family

We've been to Sa Rota now for the second time and it was again a perfect experience. This time we brought another family with us ... so we were 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 children. All had a lot of fun and relax time. Nothing that we really missed, nothing that really bothered us. We went from the pool to the tennis court and back to the patio and again to the pool ... we did a lot of trips to explore the island and Sa Rota is a great starting point. Thank you, Toni and Xavi for having us!!!
