Incredible finca in Puerto de Pollença to enjoy with family or friends your well-deserved holidays on the island.



The outside area of the finca is very spacious, well-kept and hidden by the large vegetation of the garden, which offers many shady areas. In addition, there is a large 10m x 5m swimming pool, a covered terrace with dining area and a separate glazed dining room with barbecue and place for everyone to eat or sit down for a drink. In the garden you can relax or sunbathe on a sun lounger, take a dip, read a good book, prepare delicious barbecues or play a game of table tennis.



The house has a very large living room with access to the garden, air conditioning, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with double beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed has an en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden. There is another bathroom with a shower between the other two bedrooms. In the living room you can relax on the sofa and enjoy satellite TV in different languages.



The finca is located in a rural area, but less than 1 km away is the Bay of Pollença, where you can enjoy the great promenade, the beach and practice water sports such as windsurfing or kitesurfing. You cannot miss Pollença, which is 4 Km away by car, and enjoy the historic centre, climb the Calvari staircase or stroll through the cobbled streets. If you like nature, 5 km away you will find l'Albufera, a nature reserve where you can enjoy its flora and fauna.
