Typical old Majorcan farmhouse that has been restored preserving the essence and many of the elements of the past years and located in an absolutely quiet area in the southeast of the island. Finca Es Galliner has a capacity for 8 people. It notes that the house has wireless internet both inside and outside and hot-cold air conditioning in all rooms.

The interior of the house retains its rustic character and he will find 4 double rooms spread over 2 floors. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen and fireplace. From the dining room leads to a covered terrace at the back of the house where the barbecue area is located. Stairs located at the entrance give access to the upper floor where there is a large living area center with several rooms and TV-Sat. On this floor there is another comfortable furnished with nice views to the countryside terrace. You will also find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The exteriors of Finca Es Galliner are very quiet and the Finca is fully adapted to the rural environment that surrounds it. A few meters in front of the house and in a separate area you will find the pool, which has been contruida on a slightly elevated terrace, which makes from it you can enjoy beautiful views and tranquility conferred by being in contact with nature. At the rear of the house there is another covered terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat outdoors. In this area also you find a barbecue.

Pro: Ruhige Lage Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung Alter Baumbestand für ausreichend Schatten Größe der Zimmer und Räume Große Terrasse Dachterrasse mit Panorama Gute Matratzen Neue Küche Großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten Handtücher und Bettwäsche wird nach 1 Woche gewechselt Erhöhte Poollage mit super Panorama Kontra: Pool für 8 Personen zu klein (Max. 4 Personen) Geschirrspüler reinigt nur bedingt Einige Defekte Ausstattungen wie Sonnenschirm, Handtuchhalter, Toilettenpapierhalter, Gartentisch, Schranktüren, Licht Kein einheitliches Geschirr und Besteck Kein Schatten am Pool Poolreinigung obligt wohl dem Mieter, ist aber ohne geeignete Geräte nicht möglich Weg zur Finka sehr eng und ausgefahren persönliche Begrüßung fand nicht statt ( schade) Laute Klimaanlagen Außenbeleuchtung sehr dunkel und fehlt teilweise Offenes Grundstück Bestuhlung auf der Terrasse nur für 7 Personen Abfall muss selbst entsorgt werden ( kenne ich von anderen Finkas anders) Empfehlung : Cala Marcal 11km Gesamtbewertung 3,5
