This lovely holiday home with separate studio, in an idyllic, quiet location, is located near the golf course at Pollenca, a Mallorcan small town with a lot of flair, in the popular northwest of Mallorca.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with lawn and many typical trees, bushes and flowers.
The swimming pool has Roman steps (brick steps) and is surrounded by a tiled terrace with sunbeds.
Various sitting areas that invite you to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view, the light and the sun, depending on the season and the position of the sun.
A brick, covered grill complements the comfort.

The entire living area is on the ground floor.
The open kitchen is integrated into the living-dining room with stove.
The two bedrooms have air conditioning (hot / cold) and each have their own bathroom.
From one of the bedrooms, a large glass door leads to a private terrace.
The decor of Finca Tipi is traditionally Mallorquin and very well maintained.

At the pool is the new studio for 2 persons, incl. Bathroom, air conditioning, and small salon. The decor is new and modern.

The stylish town of Pollenca offers its visitors many typical cafes, restaurants with outdoor terraces, modern art and crafts galleries, small boutiques, antique shops and on the main square with church, every week there is a large market selling fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as local specialties.
The old Santo Domingo Monastery hosts classical concerts during the summer months. On the outskirts you can climb over a long stone staircase on the Calvary, visit a small Hermitage and enjoy the magnificent view.
Another monastery mountain, Puig de Maria, is just outside the city. This little hike leads to an old nunnery with stunning views and a small cafe on the top of the mountain.

In the coastal town of Puerto Pollenca there is a long, narrow sandy beach and a beautiful beach promenade with a small sailing port, numerous restaurants, cafes with sea views, small and large supermarkets, bike rental and many water sports: sailing, windsurfing, diving, water skiing.
