The interior of this holiday home for 6 guests is peppered with original details and carefully selected furniture from all over the world. The living space is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with an open-plan kitchen and access to the pool terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. A staircase in the entrance area leads to the second floor. Here you will find another cosy living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a terrace with a covered chill-out area. From this terrace, an external staircase leads up to a spacious roof terrace with summer kitchen, cosy chill-out lounge and sun loungers. The third bedroom is located directly next to the roof terrace and has its own bathroom. The finca borders the Mondragó nature park and is just a few minutes' walk from the harbour of Cala Figuera with its restaurants and small shops. The sandy beach of S'Amarador can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Santanyí is only 6 km away and offers good shopping facilities, supermarkets and a weekly market.
