Originally a shepherds' refuge, this pretty cottage nestles in the countryside just outside the old Roman town of Pollença. Sympathetically extended and refurbished to a high standard, this house offers the best of both worlds - a beautiful rural situation at the foothills of the Puig de Maria and easy access to the excellent amenities of Pollença town and Port de Pollença.

Décor is modern, light and pleasant while at the same time retaining the feel of a traditional countryside property. For added comfort the thoughtful owner has installed air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

Externally a wide sun terrace leads onto the private swimming pool sparkling just beyond and tiled in an attractive green colour to blend with its rural surroundings. The extensive grounds around the house are a fascinating natural landscape of wild grasses, plants, olive, carob and fig trees.

All amenities and many excellent restaurants can be found in the narrow cobbled streets of Pollença town, which is a convenient 5 minute drive. The sandy beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç and impressive Pollença Bay are 5 minutes further and Pollença Golf Club is 3.3km. This is truly a delightful hideaway cottage in a lovely location.
