Villa with garden and private pool located in one of the best areas in the north of Mallorca, nestled in the exclusive Bonaire urbanization, in the Alcudia area. This villa is located by the sea and is ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy tranquillity and privacy, without leaving aside the famous beaches and attractions of the north of the island and just 5 minutes from the beaches of Sant Joan and Sant Peter.

The house has 4 rooms for a total of 8 people, has a private pool with sun loungers and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors.

In the vicinity of the house is the Port of Bonaire, also known as the port of "El Cocodrilo", where there are several restaurants, a supermarket and you can rent boats and take diving courses.



DISTRIBUTION:

The property has a large garden with a terrace prepared to make your lunches and dinners outdoors, as well as a barbecue.

The house has two floors, on the ground floor of the house we find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and the other with two single beds (90x200), finally, a full bathroom with shower. On the first floor we have a main room with a double bed (160x200) and another room with 2 single beds (90x200), between the two rooms we have a full bathroom with a shower.

In short, a villa where you can spend unforgettable holidays with your family and friends.

Air Conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, Smart-TV, Barbecue, High Chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Hair Dryer. Fully equipped with sheets and towels.



Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Nota 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.30/Kw to be paid at checkout.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities. Tourist tax is paid on site.
