Welcome to Lakeview Villas. This property is bright & warm with mountain/forest views galore! Located between the Village at Mammoth and Canyon Lodge, this home makes a convenient home base to make your Mammoth vacation unforgettable. There is a shuttle stop located directly in front of the complex, allowing for quick transportation to the mountain and all-around town.

This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, parking right out front, jacuzzi and Wi-Fi.

The Space:
Lakeview Villas is a small complex of townhomes – it is located about 0.7 mi from Canyon Lodge for ski lifts and biking (in the summer) and 0.2 mi to the Gondola & The Village at Mammoth providing for access to all year-round activities Mammoth has to offer. This spacious 1400 sq ft 2 story townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is quietly tucked back from the main complex and main road. It has beautiful views and a very welcoming feel, making it the perfect spot for your next vacation!

The living space offers a nice open living room, with comfortable couches, a large flatscreen TV, and large south facing windows, letting in plenty of natural light and a gorgeous forest/mountain view. The living area also has a cozy wood burning fireplace, perfect for warming up on cold winter nights. The large private deck has free firewood, along with a seating area to take in the views, fresh mountain air, and the star filled sky. The kitchen has some upgrades including stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked in order to cook a delicious meal. The dining area is located directly off the kitchen with seating for 6; there is additional breakfast bar seating for 4.

Off the main living area is the upstairs bedroom and a full bathroom. The upstairs bedroom offers a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV and cabinet for clothing storage. The upstairs bathroom is located directly off the main bedroom; it has a large vanity and walk-in shower.

On the ground floor are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dressers and a closet; the second bedroom downstairs is a great bunk room, with two sets of double over double bunk beds. The downstairs bathroom offers a large vanity and tub/shower.

There is a large storage and mudroom in the entryway for all the equipment you may have. There is NO laundry in this property and/or onsite.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

This rental was ok. Communication with the renter/owner or management of this property was not good. We didn’t get the information for the check in and instructions till 2 days before the actual arrival date. The listing does not state that the spa is away from the house and you actually have to walk down a few houses to get it to it. Throwing the trash away daily is the same thing. The trash bins are a distance away from the house. Not enough cleaning supplies were provided and since it was the weekend, we were unable to reach anyone for additional supplies. I don’t think the rental price for this location is worth it with all the issues that it comes with.

Great place to stay!

The house has all the amenities you need, with one exception, it lists that this is a washer and dryer, there definitely is not. Which was disappointing since I had a lot of children’s dirty clothes I was hoping not to bring home. But over all the house is large, clean, comfortable. Beautiful back deck view. Perfect location to walk to the village and Bluesapalooza. We definitely loved this home and would definitely come back.

Quiet, in the trees, no problem with parking yet we walked to the village! Beds were super comfy, loved the deck! We sat out there every evening. Very responsive manager. The whole family loved it!!

Lovely Condo!

Stayed here for a 4 day snowboarding trip, and loved everything about this place. Lots of little things included, like extra blankets that were so appreciated! Entire place was very clean and everything well organized. Rental company was very responsive before and during our stay. Thanks for the wonderful opportunity!

Great location to the village and canto

The condo was perfect, we had 7 people total. The bunk beds are good bunk beds. The heat was great. the best part is there are 2 blue line bus stops very close by that loops around the village to canyon lodge. Would stay here again.

Mammoth family trip

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. While the beds were comfortable, the pillows were not. There were plenty of towels. Our family of six was very comfortable in the space.

Great location - great rooms. Overall great

Great spot. Walk to village. Nice big patio. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms were comfy. Everything we needed for a guys riding weekend. I would 100% come back as a couple trip or with the kiddo. Great spot. Only thing worth noting, the hot tub is a little walk away and the listing says BBQ Grill, but when we got there, we found out the BBQ is a community grill and only open during summer. 100% recommend this spot though!

Great location but needs updating

The location is great but this unit needs some updating. The bedrooms are dark and don't have appropriate lightning. This is especially important when you cant see outside the windows due to the snow The beds are not comfortable at all. Again all items and furniture are dated. The couch and TV in the family room were the best part of the home. The parking was great and easy to get to especially with the snowy conditions. Walking to the vilage was awesome. Loved this location but would probably look for another unit next time

Snow much fun!

We had a great stay. Property manager is very responsive and helpful. Snow plows arrived quickly to help us dig out from under the snow. We all loved playing Apples to Apples we found there. The bunk beds are full over full, so very spacious! We would stay here again :)
