Nice condo well situated.

Cozy condo well situated with shuttle to Canyon Lodge (Mammoth ski resort) right across the street and within walking distance to the Village at the base of the gondola where there are restaurants and shops. First level unit with only a few steps to access it. Right next to recreation center and hot tub. Although it's fun to be close to the hot tub, it can be a bit noisy during the weekend evenings when people join there to chill out and party but otherwise it's quiet. Kudos for the welcome goodies that were given to us. 😊

The location was perfect. The amenities were great. The house was clean. My only issues was that the pull out bed wasn't working properly. I would recommend this place to anyone in the future.

Location, location, location!

Loved this adorable CLEAN beautifully decorated condo! Had everything we needed and more. A 10 minute walk to the Gondola in the Village or the bus stop is right across the street if you don’t feel like walking. The jacuzzi is 10 feet from your front door. Was just perfection. The only thing is I wish it had cable as we had a very hard time trying to work the Roku TV.

Great location, great place to stay

We have stayed at this property twice now, once with a dog, and both stays have been excellent. The condo is clean and pleasant to stay in, and the amenities in the complex are nice. Parking is easy. I would recommend this property.

Cozy staying

We went in low season and still Mammoth Lake staying prices were high, but this apartment was a hidden jewel! All the reviews of this place are accurate: is clean, cozy, comfortable bed, warm, and the kitchen is greatly supplied! Actually, the kitche was the most enjoyable part for me as it saved us going to expensive restaurants and we could just focus hiking. An extra point to the customer service. They were fast responding. Thank you for having such a nice place at a good price.

Everything we needed in a small package!

This studio is more spacious than one would guess. The managers are wonderful at checking in an solving any minor problems (someone showed up within minutes when we had difficulty starting our heater!). There is a (free) tram stop at the corner, and the location is central but quiet. I definitely recommend this property.

Cozy Little Condo Close to the Village

Great little spot for a quick weekend trip. I booked on short notice and the place exceeded my expectations. The condo was very clean, although it is a pet friendly condo and minor traces of past pets could be found (anybody who has pets understands it's nearly impossible to get rid of all of the hair). It might be a little small for a group larger than 3, but it was great for just me. I didn't have to move my vehicle all weekend and was able to easily walk to the Gondola in the Village (about a 5-10 minute walk in ski gear, I'd estimate less than a quarter mile). Easy in, easy out, all the amenities you'd want, and great communication from the rental agency.

A Walk a Way From Everything

Cute little place and a great location!

Small and cozy. Close to the hot tub and an easy walk to the village and gondola. Revelry at the hot tub can be a bit noisy, but shuts down at 10pm. We would stay again!

Great Place and Location - Beware of the rental agency

The is a great little pet friendly condo very close to Mammoth Village and all that it offers. Beware the your communication will not come from Vrbo but from a rental agency called Nomadness. Not knowing this caused me check in issues. They and their partners will also spam you.

Perfect for 2 of us and our dog. Small but suitable. Bed was comfy. Great location. Close to town. Thank you for the lovely treat basket. We really enjoyed this condo. Hot tub right outside our door was a bonus. Parking was good. Very clean. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. Loved the full sized fridge. All kitchen amenities were appreciated. It was a perfect stay. Would book again but the price went up. This is a great little condo for 2 people. Perfect little spot while visiting Mammoth.
