Bright + Beautiful, steps to Old Mammoth + Shuttle

Skiing and Snowboarding are awesome, or just watch the trees and snow out the window with a wood burning fire! Summer - same trees provide wonderful greenery, and the paved bike trail is very close by. This gem of a townhome is centrally located, near to restaurants and grocery. Bright, super cozy, quiet, easy parking, clean, the down bedding is great and we include firewood. Appliances are new + with the townhouse layout, nobody is stomping around above your head. Full cable package - including ESPN, TIVO + more in the open concept living room/and cook's kitchen - lots of extras. There are three TVs - all are Smart TVs. The unit sleeps 8 - with three full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms and the loft has access to a third full bathroom! Literally steps away from grocery, bars, food + shuttle. About a 7 minute drive to Eagle Lodge lifts, 10 minute drive to the village gondola...or park your car during your visit and take the shuttle from the end of driveway...it is free and runs frequently! We truly want our guests to be as comfortable as we are! BBQ is at the pool. Bedding is great - down comforters , and cotton sheeting on all of the beds with four Pillows on each bed.

The property was perfect for what we needed. John answered all our questions promptly. We got to the property early and John was flexible and let us in 1 hour early. Greatly appreciated. Best thing was how convenient the location was to the shuttle bus and Vons grocery store. Thank you.

Great location

Great stay! Only complaint is my husband is very allergic to down feathers and that was all of the bedding so he struggled to breathe at night. Maybe just mention in post. I think its a common allergy.

Great Place and Amazing Location

Well equipped with everything you including comfy beds. It's a great place to come back to after a day on the slopes. Eagle Lodge is a few minutes drive down the street. There's a shuttle across the street, but we chose to drive. It's walking distance to Vons and a variety of restaurants. Convenient and cozy...perfect for our last minute getaway.

Excellent Mammoth weekend

We spent 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The layout was perfect for our group of 5. The location worked out well for us although we didn’t use the shuttle we saw many people doing so. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for our family meals. Fireplace was used every evening and kept the place warm and inviting. Having the area at the entrance for all of our ski gear made everything easier. Very much a cabin feel. Definitely we would stay here again.

Festive Mammoth Experience

The perfect property to stay for the holidays for our family of 6 . We booked far in advance for a Christmas celebration and the owners did not disappoint. The condo has a cozy cabin feel and decorated for Christmas with a lighted Tree. We had EXCELLENT communication with the owners.no issues. Kitchen is well stocked with everything for cooking, fire place kept us warm with plenty of space to play games and interact. Bedrooms and bathrooms were so clean with plenty of towels and supplies. Location is close to the grocery store and of course a shuttle to the ski area and village. Been to mammoth many times and I would definitely rent here again.

Comfortable and spacious

We had seven adults and a pet and there was plenty of room. The sleeping areas are comfortable and private, including the loft area with two double beds. The hosts were very responsive and made it easy for us extend an additional night when we delayed starting our backpacking trip. Shopping center is one block away and has everything you need. It’s not new or fancy but it’s very comfortable and everything is in good working order. Highly recommend.

Fun Place!

Location was perfect, check in was easy the condo was cute with a definite "cabin" feel. Kitchen was nicely equipped and it was a comfortable space for eating and playing games. Plenty of room for our family, and a very welcoming space for our small dog. We loved that they provided a little mat in the kitchen for his bowls, and waste bags in the mudroom as you go out of the front door. Access to the pool and jacuzzi was perfect forafter our hikes and bike rides!! Plenty of space for everyone in our family! Thank you for sharing your mountain home! We will definitely book here again when we come to Mammoth!!

Spacious, convenient, great kitchen area

Family reunion. We rented 3 condos. Another condo slept 8 as did this one. This one was by far more spacious and it was easy to gather as a family to cook for 19, eat, clean up, and play games. Only wish there would have been more twin beds for the teens. Would have been nice to have beach towels and also extra bath towels for showers. One per person for the week wasn't enough. For 8 people, a quick towel exchange midweek would have been awesome. All in all, it was the best condo and we would rent again if we return to Mammoth.
