Bright Refurbished Condo, Near The Village, Private Laundry & Covered Parking

If a prime location and lots of space are what you're looking for, then look no further! The vaulted ceilings on the upper floor provide an open feel to the living room, dining room and kitchen of this large floorplan 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner townhouse. Located across the street from The Village and entrance to the Gondola, you get the prime location without all the hustle and bustle. With new hardwood flooring, and new furniture this upper level provides a spacious living area for all the family to gather. With a huge flat screen TV, comfortable couch and recliners and cozy pellet stove in the living room, complete with DVD/CD player, it’s perfect for movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped, just like home, and there is dining room seating for all and then some. And you can bring your dog along with one approved pet allowed. The master bedroom features a Cal King bed with flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom, while the second bedroom has a Double bed, and a Queen bed also with flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom. There is even an additional full bathroom with stand-up shower on the main upper living level. The Helios North complex offers an underground parking garage (no shoveling required!), sauna and roof top jacuzzi. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking, and 1 pet (dogs only) is allowed. There are 23 stairs to the unit from the garage, and is 2 levels inside. There is one assigned underground garage parking spot that will fit two cars tandem. Clearance is 9 ft. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Family boarding trip

Switched off riding with my spouse since we had two infants with us, easy and quick access to village gondola made it feasible for us to both ride in a day.Plenty of space for us to hang out and be together in the evenings.

Very accommodating

The location alone is worth the price of admission. Just a block away from the village was the right distance for convenience and seclusion. The comfortable beds and clean rooms are a bonus.

Accommodations were adequate but for the price, I’d expect more care taken. The property and decorations are dated and damaged exterior). I knew there was no AC but there were also very few windows that even opened. On the main floor, only 1 in living room and 1 in kitchen opened. No recycling.

This was a fantastic property. 5 min walk to the village and plenty of space to host a group. The stairs from garage could be tough for a more senior crowd but easy for the young bucks!

Perfect Get-a-way

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the perfect location--quick walk to village and to the mountain shuttle/bike-park. Living area is very comfortable with beautiful views. Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

Great living room to accommodate guests and friends. Only drawback was that the only access to the place is through the underground parking garage. Hauling all our gear up the metal steps (no elevator) was challenging as one member of our party had mobility issues.

Perfect place and location for Family Vacation!

Great place, great management team supporting it so it was easy. Neighbors were like minded with families and quiet and friendly. Walk to shops, walk in the neighborhoods, easy drive to everything, great parking garage; couldn't ask for better.

Amazing location and super comfortable

Our family enjoyed Mother’s Day weekend in Mammoth. The location of this cleans and comfy condo is ideal, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The layout was spacious for a condo with each of the two bedrooms having its own full en suite bath. It was pet friendly as listed.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

We stayed at this beautiful condo for a spring skiing trip at Mammoth Mountain. The condo is walking distance to the Village Gondola and all the shops and restaurants there. The condo was immaculate, had all the necessities for cooking in, warm, comfortable beds, plush towels, and easy to use entertainment. The check in process was contactless and as easy as can be. We highly recommend this condo and would love to stay there again.

Spring Ski March 2021

The townhome was great for a weekend trip to ski in the mountains and relax at the hot springs. The negative comment about low water pressure is not accurate. Water in all showers was great. This place is clean, comfy and close walk to the gondola. We got 14 inches of snow the night we arrived and the maintenance guy was shoveling and blowing walkways early for easy access. Would definitely book this unit again. The community hot tub was closed for COVID during ou r stay - next time. :)

The location and condo were perfect for the 4 of us. 3 bathrooms were perfect for my husband, myself and 2 friends (that were not a couple). The layout was perfect for all of us to chill, cook, enjoy the fire, play board games, watch movies, and be comfortable. The location was perfect to where we walked to the gondola and town. Great location, huge living room area, fully stocked kitchen! My only compliant about this condo is the check in/out process. The office is over near Vons and you have to pick up and drop off the keys...seems unnecessary given all the technology options these days (or how about a lockbox?!).

Great location

The location of the condo was great, right across from the village. It was clean and everything was as described in the listing. We enjoyed the welcome basket. It was in the low 80s during the day and it got rather warm upstairs. We could only find 1 window to open. Fortunately the bedrooms were downstairs where is was cooler, so it wasn't an issue for sleeping, but it might be helpful to add something the description for those staying in the summer.
