This secluded townhome near Snowcreek offers a deck, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, tranquil ponds and a shared hot tub/sauna. This three-level home in Mammoth Lakes, CA, features plenty of room for up to eight guests.

This tranquil home features an open floor plan and plenty of comfortable seating. The living room has a flat-screen TV with DVD player and stereo. A sliding glass door leads to a spacious deck. You can prepare meals easily in the well-equipped kitchen or grill using the gas barbecue on the deck.

Two bedrooms and a sleeping loft, along with two bathrooms, provide plenty of space for the entire family. The master bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom features a queen. The loft includes a queen plus two twin beds. WiFi is provided throughout the home, and each bedroom has a television. There's even a DVD player in the sleeping loft.

Just steps away from the master bedroom are peaceful ponds, providing guests with a perfect place to relax. This home is located near the Snowcreek Athletic Club, which for a fee offers amenities such as trampoline rooms, a full-size gym, a racquetball court, and five summer-only tennis courts.

Ski shuttle details: Located in the meadow area of Mammoth in Phase 2 of Snowcreek. Both the Gray and Red Line shuttles stop near the property entrance approximately 275 yards from condo.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing views, very spacious!

This place was clean, had a ton of space for our family of 8 to relax. Kitchen is huge. Bathrooms are full-size. Bedrooms are spacious. The beds were super comfy! The loft was great for the kids. Plenty of amenities. Close to parking lot. Amazing Mountain View’s.

Right on a pond with good views of surrounding mountains

Peaceful, pretty setting. Loved being right on a man-made pond. Nice view of mountains. Aspen trees block some of the views in summer. Carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned. Condo was mostly clean except for the kitchen floor and 3 pans that need scrubbing. One shower was very moldy; caulk needs replacing. The biggest drawback is all the beds are VERY hard. They need toppers! Even for light-weight people. Another issue is the bathrooms are on the bottom level so if you are in the loft, they are down 2 long flights of stairs.

Great place!

We stayed here in the summer months and the place was awesome. Very well stocked and spot on with the photos. We even had a minor issue with one shower and maintenance guys came and fixed same day while we were out biking. Very attentive! The one thing that should have been mentioned in the listing is the inability to fish in the pond that is 30ft from the back deck. My 2 young boys were VERY excited at the potential to wake up each morning and fish right there and there is a large sign (found only once you check in and see) preventing fishing. This was a large selling point at least for us for the property and should have been disclosed even in the fine print of amenities just so we set proper expectation with our boys. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

Lovely home with every possible amenity.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the fact that our needs were responded to quickly and professionally. Loved the view of the duck pond & mountains. Could go fishing right out back door in creek running alongside complex Some suggestions: *Disappointedcthat there was no screen door in master bedroom. Unable to open sliding door :-( *plug in master bathtub did not work *Master bedroom mattress was very hard. Might want to top with some memory foam. *Would be a good idea to let client know if there is construction going on near or around unit. They were repairing siding on units. Thankfully, they did not get to our unit until we left. Will definitely be back to this "Homevaway from Home"
