The open-plan living area features a plush sofa facing a large-screen TV, with sliding glass doors that bring in natural light and open to your private balcony. A full kitchen makes easy meals a breeze, offering standard appliances plus a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, and tea kettle. Dine at the extendable table for 2 or grab a quick bite at the kitchen counter for 2.
When itâs time to wind down, youâll have a comfortable queen bed and a sleeper sofa to accommodate your group. Onsite shared laundry, a seasonal outdoor pool, and BBQ stations add extra convenience when youâre not out exploring.

Important Things to Note
âą Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the communal lot, first-come, first-served. Parking passes are required and will be located inside the unit.
âą Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home; please see photos for details.
âą WiFi/cell service: Provided, but due to Mammoth Lakesâ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
âą Seasonal amenities: The outdoor pool and BBQ stations are open during the summer season only.
âą Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are available onsite.
âą Shuttle access: Walking distance to the Red Line shuttle, which offers free transportation with stops at The âą Village and Main Lodge during the winter season.
âą Hot water: The unit has a limited hot water tank; for groups near max occupancy, we recommend staggering showers and hot water use.
âą Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
âą We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
