About the Space:
The Village at Mammoth is the most desirable location to stay in Mammoth Lakes! It's a family friendly location host to events and activities, excellent restaurants, shopping, yoga and more! The gondola offers easy access to Canyon Lodge for ski-in/ski-out and bike park experience (check Mammoth Mountain website for Canyon Lodge operation dates).

This gorgeously remodeled, 2 bedroom / 2 bath, corner-unit condo, is quiet and comfortably accommodates 6 people. The open living area offers a comfortable space, with a queen-sized sleeper sofa couch, an ambient gas fireplace, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, equipped for cooking a delicious meal. Off the main living area is a good-sized private patio with seating area.

The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo for added privacy. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, with closet space, and a shared full bathroom with tub/shower. The bathroom is located directly outside of the bedroom and is shared with the common living area.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

You will love spending your next vacation in this comfortable home!

Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at the Village. There is a year-round heated pool, 2 jacuzzis, in-building laundry room with coin-machine, gym, and secure garage parking with EV chargers. There are also bike storage and ski lockers to store equipment.

There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - park in any open space available in the parking garage. Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle. There is paid overflow parking in the parking lot across the street from the Village and in summer months there is limited street parking available.

** Important: Ski-in/ski-out available ONLY when Canyon Lodge is open (please see Mammoth Mountain website for details).

Easy access to the gondola with accessible parking underneath. The location is perfect within the village. We loved our stay. The unit is spacious and private for two couples and nicely decorated. Wonderful condo, outstanding location!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen is well stocked in terms of dishes, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Comfy beds as well as living room furniture. We also loved the location of the unit as it was in the corner and very quiet. It was a pleasure to be able to park in the garage as it made unloading and loading simple and convenient. And the gondola is steps from the building. We hope to return and stay in the condo again soon!

Great unit in an excellent complex

Check in was easy, parking is ideal and the unit did not disappoint. Assuming you are already aware of the benefits staying in the Village (park your car and leave it, walk to the gondola) this unit is much nicer than the rest. Being an end unit it feels more spacious, bright and quiet than most other units in the complex. Will stay again in this unit again if I can.

Great location!!

Great location, easy check-in and communication with property management. Nice patio off the first floor. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens, towels, and blankets to spare. The space was very comfortable for our family of 5! We felt the kitchen needs better pans and more dishes/bowls as there were only a few so we had to buy paper plates and bowls but it was fine. Some areas need to be cleaned/dusted as well. Overall, a nice stay and we would recommend.

Perfect location and wonderful stay

This was the perfect location and accommodations for us. The property was very clean and the layout was great. Everything looked the same as the photos. The kitchen was well stocked and we had zero issues. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great Location

This was probably the best VRBO experiences at Mammoth I have experienced since I started using the service. The last reservation was cancelled by different owners, about two months before the ski season began, which forced us to pay more after prices increased. It was definitely a move on the owner when they saw they could get more money for their rental. VRBO needs to clean that abuse up and penalize those types of owners. On top of it, you can’t review cancellations so other potential renters are aware of what they are getting into; however, I digress. This property is in a prime location, lower floor, easy access to the village, and very well decorated and maintained. I almost wish I could keep this hidden gem to myself, but obviously the owners deserve all the business they can get. I appreciate the direct check-in at the hotel rather than having to go to separate leasing business to pick up key cards. There was even a bottle of wine left for us when we arrived. Thank you, but not a wine drinker. It was a perfect, short trip for my son and I to get some mountain biking and fishing in. The only downside I will say is that the nearest exit is close to a hotel jacuzzi. This is not on the property owner; however, the hotel needs to clean that area up and maintain the jacuzzi. Perhaps all the snow we received for the 22/23 ski season damaged the jacuzzi area. Overall, great experience. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your property!

The Very BEST

Literally, the best place we have ever stayed in the village! We have been Mammoth regulars for years, we have stayed in the village two dozen times. This is the VERY best unit possible! Great location, closest to the gondola, beautiful view of the courtyard! We love being on the bottom floor, because the kids jump off of the patio and play in the snow. The inside was newly refinished, beautifully cleaned, beds/bedding, and couch are as nice as yours at home. Nothing felt like a rental, it felt like your own home! Just beautiful. Five stars! The only place we will stay from now on. Thank you so much 😊

Better location directions needed

Location and cleanliness of unit were great. However, directions to access the unit were not very thorough in terms of how to get to the garage and location of unit especially coming in at night with a lot of snow. Would have been nice to say where to turn and where the exact access of the garage was. Also, need an additional humidifier and more instructions on the heating and sound system would be nice. Also, no duvet cover for sofa bed. Please note here was a broken wine glass in cupboard when we arrived I have a photo of it. But great location and amenities
