This upscale, and pet-friendly, spacious townhouse with mountain modern decor and breathtaking views, is perfect for your large group or family, located walking distance to Eagle Lodge in the premier community at Juniper Crest. This 3 Bedroom + Loft, 3 Bathroom home features unobstructed views of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwin Mountains, offering light and bright rooms in a beautiful mountain setting. In the living room, cozy up in front of the gas fireplace on the large comfortable sectional, providing seating for the whole family and TV viewing on the large flatscreen with cable. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings is the perfect social setting for your group to be together. The dining area provides seating for up to 10 with an extendable table and more chairs available. And with an upgraded kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare large family meals.

You enter the home on this main level via the private 2-car garage, with ample storage space for equipment, and a spacious entryway for boots, jackets etc. The first of 3 decks are on this level with private bbq off the dining room. Upstairs the Master suite features a King bed with flatscreen TV, private deck with stunning views, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Also on the upper level is the loft featuring a day bed with two Twin trundles, flatscreen TV. A great flexible space that can be used as a second TV room, or a bedroom. The loft is closed off but does not have an entry door or closet. On the ground level, the second bedroom features a Queen bedroom and flatscreen TV. The third bedroom features a set of Full bunk beds, plus a trundle bed, flatscreen TV and daybed by the window to enjoy the views. Both lower level bedrooms have access to a full bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. Located on the lower back deck is a private hot tub for soaking after a long day of skiing or hiking, that looks out to the mountains. A private laundry room with washer/dryer is also featured on this lower level, offering more amenities to make your stay more comfortable. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This townhome sleeps a maximum of 10 people, comes with a private two car garage with 1 additional outdoor parking space in the driveway (in Summer only), is 3 levels inside, and smoking is not permitted. Pet-friendly for one dog only. All bedroom TVs have access to an Amazon firestick to stream content, and complimentary WI-FI is provided throughout. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. The home is located with convenient access to the Mammoth Lakes Basin bike path, and close to ski-in/ski-out access to Eagle Lodge. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great Location

Property was great. Location was great. Quick walk to the eagle lodge and lift. Only drawback was the outdated check in process which wasn’t to much of an inconvenience but can’t remember a time when I had to go to the property rental agency to pick up and drop off keys. Especially since the front door and garage had a code system. Overall a great property that we would stay at again.

We had a wonderful stay, the unit had great views of God's creation! Dog friendly with walking path right near the door! Only had one issue with smoke, from a guest unit smoking on balcony next to us- but we emailed the reservation office- and did not smell anything the rest of our stay- this is smoke free place!

Beautiful, Comfy Place with Great Views!

Came here with some friends on memorial day, and the place was excellent. The living room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of all the mountains around. The kitchen was large and well-appointed. The outdoor spaces were beautiful, and all have excellent views of the Sherwins. The private hot tub with beautiful mountain views was highlight. The beds are not quite as described in the listing: the room that claims four twin beds actually has two full-size bunk beds and a small day-bed, and the room claiming two twins has a twin bed with a small, pull-out trundle. If we had more people, this would have been a problem, but fortunately we had enough space for everyone without having to resort to the trundle or day-bed, but for a larger party it's worth noting.

Best stay in mammoth yet!

My friends and I stayed here and it was perfect! We had plenty of space for everyone to have their own beds and all be able to sit in the living room together. I loved the cleanliness and the location was perfect. For being a pet friendly place, the place was very clean and kept well. We were close to everything in town and all the lifts. The hot tub and balcony views were amazing!

Mammoth Review

The home was beautiful. Had just a few issues. Check in time was scheduled for 4:00pm. We were not allowed to check in until after 4:00pm. However, the did allow us to check out 1 hour later. The place was clean until you sat around the sofa. The cleaning crew must clean under the sofa. There was DOG hair everywhere. I would rent this home if back in Mammoth. Beautiful views of the mountains and in walking distance to lifts.

We had a great White Christmas with plenty of snow. Juniper #25 was perfect for our family..

There were 9 in our party and had plenty of space for everyone. Ellen our property manager was right there to help us when there was a problem due to the snow storm. We had a great time and hope to come back another time.

Great views, great location!

Loved this property. The townhouse is in a great location in mammoth with beautiful Mountain View’s. Nice big couch to lounge on and awesome deck to relax on with some wine looking at sunrise/sunsets! Only downside i would say is they should have a mop or swiffer of some sort. Only having a broom made it very difficult to keep floors clean with small children. Also, they should have baby gates available since this property is kid friendly. We had to use our coolers to block off the stairs entrances to keep our small kids from falling down the stairs. Other than that, we loved it!!

An Amazing Cabin with Amazing Location

This is the best cabin I have ever seen. It is right next to eagle lodge, making it super convenient and easy to get to the lifts. The back of the cabin is a beautiful field of trees and snow and provided the most amazing view when waking up in the morning and having breakfast. It was clean and the jacuzzi was a nice addition (really helped after a day of skiing), will definitely be returning! :)

Great Place

This is a wonderful place with a great location. The only constructive criticism is that the cover for the hot tub should folks up to the back of the property so it blocks your view of the woods behind the property as you sit in the hot tub. All of the other hot tubs for the adjacent properties rightly have the cover flip up to the side so it does not block your view of the woods. This should be fixed.

Great Condo

All in all we loved our stay. The property was awesome, new, very nice. The private hot tub was great, except the cover opened the wrong way, destroying the amazing view. Garage was so convenient. Kitchen was comfortable, with everything we could have wanted. Bedrooms and beds were great. One TV in a bedroom did not work and a few lights were out, but those would be our only complaints.
