This newly refurnished and upgraded 4 bedroom + loft, 4 bathroom townhome is perfect for your large group and is just a stones throw to the slopes at Eagle Lodge. You can even bring Fido along as it is also pet-friendly! The master bedroom features a King bed with a TV and DVD player. Has a private en-suite bathroom and private deck with breathtaking views. The second master bedroom features a King bed with TV, plus accessibility to a twin roll away bed and a 'pack n play', perfect for littles, and a private en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a Queen bed with TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom features a Queen bed and TV. Both lower level bedrooms have access to a shared balcony and a full bathroom. The loft has two sets of bunk beds both with 2 twins, for a total of 4 twins, and a lounge area with sofa sleeper couch, flatscreen Smart TV with Roku and games.

Located on the back deck is a private hot tub for soaking after a long day of skiing or hiking and a gas BBQ grill. With a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 8 and additional seating for 8, the open plan living kitchen level is great space for a family dinner. A private washer/dryer and gas fireplace are just more amenities to make your stay more comfortable. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This townhome sleeps a maximum of 14 people, comes with a private single car garage with 2 additional outdoor parking spaces in the driveway, is 4 levels inside, and smoking is not permitted. All rooms (except loft) have cable TV and wi-fi internet throughout. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. The home is located with convenient access to the Mammoth Lakes Basin bike path, with a shuttle stop at the bottom of the private road and a short drive to the Village. Mammoth fishing

Condo was great size and accommodated (7)male adults perfectly. Location was really close to the Village and is really quiet. Worked out really well. Very happy we stayed here.

Good family home

Stayed with extended family. Unfortunately Eagle lodge was closed so we had to drive to Main. Missed the season. Very nice house but there are many stairs so difficult for elderly people. Also house on a hill so difficult for elderly to take walks outside. I should have read the description more closely, the “room” with the two bunk beds is a loft overlooking the family room. Not a good sleeping arrangement for young kids who go to bed early and parents who want to stay up later. All of this was in the description, I just didn’t read it closely.

Great Location

Unbeatable location for skiing as the cabin is situated pretty much on the run itself. The cabin is nice and the windows and balconies on each floor showcase the views. You do have to check in/out via going to the office and only 3 parking spots at the cabin itself.

Good house in Mammoth, needs cleaning

House was what we needed with all bedrooms with king or queen size beds for all adult children and their partners / spouses. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Yet, carpets were really dirty in all rooms and stairs. Decking area around hot tub had drywall pieces and dust from a repair around the house? This is something that could be easily fixed is the management company pays attention to it.

Mammoth December Trip

We had such a great time during our 3 night stay here. The living room had a warm fire place which let us enjoy cozy cabin vibes all trip long. The views were amazing especially while enjoying it from the jacuzzi on the balcony. Plenty of room for the entire group!

Best suited to winter rental

Nice size unit for a large family (8). Our trip was in summer and the location didn’t have much in the way of air circulation. We were unable leave the windows open to help with cooling the house as all the screens on the windows were broken The house is located amongst beautiful trees. However, there were a few bee hives in the trees and we had family who was seriously allergic to bee stings. We had a few bees to deal with inside. This won’t be an issue in Winter. There is some street noise as well, if that is a problem for anyone in your group.

Great stay at Mammoth

We are a big group, six adults, three children and one teen, and three dogs! This property works so well for all of us, multi level make sure that everybody could sleep, and when we had a small problem the property managers were right on it.The hot tub with especially fun. One warning, the garage is quite small, and luckily one of our group had a small car. But there’s ample outside parking for two large SUVs.

It was beautiful but not what we expected

First the jacuzzi did not work! Only reason we booked. The details of the rooms didn't say that the BBQ is on the balcony In on of the rooms downstairs, not very convenient to walk so many flights of stairs with food. Overall it was beautiful. Not sure if I'd ever book there again.

Great location

Great location, except all the lakes and hiking spots are close because of the AQI but we drove somewhere else to enjoy our weekend. My family and friends enjoyed their stay in this house. Overall, we are satisfied and we will definitely come back.

Not happy

We were not able to enjoy our stay because of the wildfire situation in the area and the closure of anything to do in Mammoth. This includes, fishing, biking, hiking due to the closure of the Forest. I asked for six months to find a new date for our family to come up and enjoy the property, this was denied they gave me 2 months. My sons are on the fire in Chico, I cannot reach them to discuss times. I am not asking for my money back I just want to chose a different time. Please help me! We were looking forward to a wonderful weekend with our family, and our Grandchildren. We had additional family members rent another Condo and they were given the choice of either a refund or additional dates.

Well maintained and excellent views

The townhome sits on a hillside and offers spectacular views of the valleys. The kitchen was well supplied with plenty of kitchen utensils, dinner wear, pots and pans. One of the few drawbacks is that the dumpster is down the hill so taking out the trash involves a small trek.

We enjoyed our stay. Even though the gym was closed due to Covid, we got plenty of exercise going up and down the stairs. The kitchen was a nice size and well equipped to feed our crew.

Plemon Family Ski Trip

The property worked perfectly for our family but there were a few items you should be aware of: Many light bulbs were burnt out throughout house (kitchen in multiple locations, bottom floor bathroom, master nightstand lights). There was a broken kitchen cabinet lock on door above pantry, brown plastic cover on top of levelour in family room fell down (taped) while we were watching TV, and the frig doors don't close properly. More trash bags and dish soap should be provided for a home of this size too. Finally, there were no hot pads in the kitchen.

Everything was great, only thing that we had a issue was the early check in process. We called multiple times and they told us it would be ready by 1130 and it wasn’t. Place was not even rented out the day before so no excuse for it not to be ready. Besides that, everything was cool.
