Roomy but not too clean
Run down , not too clean , master room smelled like something died by the closet, sofas had stains on them and need replacing , living was too dark and needs more lighting . For the price I paid I’m sad to say I was disappointed.

The unit needs some work
The location of the unit is fantastic. It’s very close to Mammoth Village, lots of restaurants, and the Gondola, so that was great.
The overall condition of the unit is okay, but it’s really worn out and desperately needs an update…with the exception being the beds, which we all agreed we’re really comfortable.
The big issue with the unit is the lack of cleanliness. There were places that hadn’t been dusted in a long time, a number of the pots and pans were dirty, some of the cups in the cupboards were so dirty that they stuck to the shelves, and one of the bathrooms had a soiled toilet brush. Definitely not the sort of thing you we expected….especially at the cost per night.
Our group really liked the location, but were disappointed with how dirty things were and the overall condition.

This place was honestly great. It had everything you could possibly need. Fully stocked kitchen, Perfect location. Only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because the bedding at least in the master bedroom is really old, but more than anything it was the the forced heat that comes on at night that we had no control over. We went in the middle of summer time and it would get super hot at night. There is no AC in the house which we didn’t know and we were miserable at night and barely slept because of the FORCED HEAT. We called the office and they said they would come out and adjust it which I guess they did when we were gone but it was still the same. We had the worst sleep during our entire stay. Maybe if we went during the winter time we wouldn’t have any complaints.

Decent condo but not great , wouldn’t stay there again.
Condo has been updated but the water pressure is really bad and most of the plumbing in the bathrooms had issues from loose faucets to toilets that didn’t flush well. Fan in small downstairs bathroom didn’t work. King size bed feels like you are sleeping in a futon-it’s a low futon type bed-awful! All rooms need black out shades, super bright in the morning and for mid day nappers. The condo has a funky lighting system and lights flicker on and off which is not conducive to kids trying to get to sleep. Sofa in main area is big but low quality, no support. Not great on the back and neck after a long day of skiing. Kitchen had no dish towels, no dishwashing detergent. Couldn’t access Netflix and had to wait 2 days for management to come get the DVD player to work. Overall , not a condo that we would want to come back to for the price we could get something much nicer.

Lovely condo in a lovely area.
A few minor issues: the grill on the deck was not at all clean nor ready to use, also the office staff did not seem very helpful or friendly about getting change/quarters for the washing machines (only way to do clothes, no washer or dryer available in unit.)

Clean, cozy, well appointed, well situated and well managed!
My family regularly rents condos in Mammoth and this was amongst the favorites. The owner decorated and maintains with great attention to detail so it feels so warm, cozy and like home. The management was very nice to work with, responsive and accommodating. This home is located just a half block from the shuttle stop and two blocks from the Village. These factors all combine for a very pleasant stay in Mammoth. My family was thankful for the nice accommodations.

This is a nice unit in a condo community. Cabinetry, fixtures etc. were recently upgraded for a upscale feel. Management was very helpful and accommodating, even on a major holiday as 4th of July. Plenty of amenities such as a pool and ping-pong for kids.
The only thing that was an "inconvenience" was how hot the unit became during the day. Many buildings in that part of the country are not air-conditioned, so when the temps soar outside, it gets really stuffy inside. And being from Illinois, our tolerance for cold is greater than our tolerance for heat. :)
The management was kind enough to lend us couple of box fans that let us get through the night. It did become pleasant late at night into the morning hours.
