If you are looking for breathtaking, panoramic views, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious floorplan, and a place where even fido can tag look no further! This light and bright condo located in Phase 5 of the Snowcreek community is the perfect location for your Mammoth Mountain getaway. The upstairs features vaulted ceilings with large windows framing the gorgeous mountain views, cozy gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and access to the large back deck with gas BBQ. Sit, relax and enjoy your morning coffee while taking it all in! The master bedroom downstairs has a California King bed, large flatscreen TV, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, and access to a large lower back deck. The walk-in closet has even been converted to a kids bunk room with 2 full sized Twin beds! The second bedroom upstairs has a King bed, (with Tempur-pedic mattress topper available), large flatscreen TV and access to the shared hallway bathroom. Additional features include a queen sofa bed in the living room for additional guests, private washer and dryer in the laundry room downstairs, and baby/dog gate installed at the top of the stairs. There is a private 1 car garage, with space in the driveway for 1 additional vehicle. The living room has high speed internet, cable TV, DVD player and family games. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 5 stairs to the unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking is permitted. The two bedrooms rental worked great for our family of five and a pet. Especially the separation of the bedrooms, one on each floor. Unit was clean and good amount of space for everyone. GE fridge has filtered water and ice dispenser. There's also washer/dryer with detergent/dryer sheets. Bathrooms complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, and hair dryer. We enjoyed the stay. Will likely return. Thank you.

The condo was clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It is in an absolutely beautiful community with mountain views. We enjoyed the views from both back decks and from the front of the unit. It was great having a garage to store our bicycles. The property was also wonderful for my dog...she gave it four paws up! My friends and I have already decided this will be our first pick condo for our annual hiking trip!!!

We really enjoyed the place, very clean, stocked with what you’d need, and a beautiful view.There are quite a few stairs to get to the living area which is good to know if that would be a problem for anyone. The landscaping around the area was beautiful and it was very close to restaurants.

Condo is in great location. No dresser in upstairs bedroom. A room length upholstered bench replaces it. A Large Lazy Boy chair is placed next to bed limiting ease into and out of bed. Living room furniture limits use of bar stools at kitchen counter and access to dining area. Cleaning crew left a bag of used cleaning rags in the living room . Upstairs bathroom is very small and difficult to move around in. Would choose another property for next visit.

Perfect Base for Hiking

This house was perfect for our family of four adults. It is very spacious, well equipped and the views of Mammoth Mountain and the valley are inspiring. We hiked every day around Mammoth and loved the ease of access to amazing trail, lakes, and streams. There is a local trail right behind the neighborhood that connects to many longer walks. We hope to come back!

Great Place

Had a great stay at this Mammoth property! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Great location, just a short drive to the resort, and the garage was great to have after a day on the slopes. The host was helpful and responsive. I recommend.

Dogs loved it.

Very well-equipped unit. Wonderfully convenient to all Mammoth attractions. The only downside, that the hot tub was not accessible, was not the owner's fault. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. And the two dogs had a great time.

Perfect for one or two families

Great location, very clean, plenty of kitchenware, large balcony and deck —felt like to 2 condos in one because of the layout. We have two girls and they loved the bunk beds in the closet. You won’t believe until you see it-genius! Highly recommend

Lovely stay in Snow Creek!

Our group loved this neighborhood! The house was really comfortable and we enjoyed cooking some nice dinners and views of the mountains. It's a quick drive to town but feels so quiet and private. Nice trails for the dog nearby too!

Newish Snowcreek Phase5 two bedroom very well kept. Happy to stay there and would again. Only thing is the need to get physical key from Mammoth reservations a mile away rather than digital checkin on site . Not a major item considering nice condo that awaits . Thx

Our stay was just perfect. We had our two pups and two teens. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Kitchen was full stocked with everything we needed to make multiple meals. Beautiful views too!

Great for a long weekend with Family

The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed to make breakfast and dinner for the family. Instructions on how the use of the place and what to do when leaving was very clear. My only suggestion for future guests would be to bring your own toiletries, including soap, and possibly toilet paper if you prefer softer paper : )
