Points faibles : Propreté
The unit was as described. However, the unit was not clean when we arrived. The downstairs bathtub drain had hair from previous guests. Kitchen utensils and refrigerator were dirty. We did contact them about it and they did offer to come clean it. We had 10 people in the house and it’s inconvenient for them to come clean it after we’ve arrived.

10/10 stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Mammoth last weekend. The house was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for our group. Everything was just as described (or even better), and the location was great for exploring the area. 10 out of 10—would definitely come again!

Beautiful, spacious and modern condo

Everyone in our group really enjoyed this beautiful condo. We spent a lot of time in the spacious kitchen and living room area and appreciated the large couch and dining table with plenty of seating. The furnishings were modern and everything was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots, pans, and everything we needed. They also labeled all of the kitchen cabinet shelves which helped easily locate things.

Mammoth Lakes Vacation

I hope this will reach the owners of the house because everything was perfect. Your house is beautiful, very well stocked, and had everything in that we could ever possibly need. There was so much thought put into what the renters would need. Thank you, thank you for everything.

Upon arrival, we had 3 major issues, concerning the unit and our safety. Broken sink faucet, leaking dishwasher, and a broken cabinet that fell on my foot. These needed attention immediately. It was extremely difficult to find a live person to speak with. But eventually we got a live person, and they sent someone over right away (the next day) to fix them. After that, the amenities and location were ideal. We had a lovely stay, and enjoyed the place very much. We want to return next year. I would say that VRBO needs to do a better job about getting to speak to a LIVE person, right away. Speaking to an AI bot is frustrating to say the least.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay over all but the cleaning could be looked into more. We found trash behind the couch and what looked like blood on a pillow. Other than that we loved the property and the location was perfect to get to the lakes and downtown.

Good value, would stay again, small hiccups

The place recently opened. Good value if you need a big space. Clean. Kitchen is better stocked than listed. Wifi password was nowhere to be found Drains don’t work well in the showers - slow and steady Some small crickets found in shower. I would definitely stay here again. I give i 5 stars but think they should hear about above so they can remedy the problems and really earn the 5 stars.
