Welcome to Seasons 4 #132, a stylish corner-unit condo that blends rustic charm with modern comfort. This pet-friendly retreat is perfectly located near The Village, Canyon Lodge, and the Lakes Basin—making it an ideal year-round getaway.

The entryway features a convenient bench and storage for all your outdoor gear. Inside, the open floor plan offers plenty of space to relax. The living area includes a wood-burning stove, Smart TV, dimmable home theater lighting, and ample seating for the whole family. A corner desk provides a perfect spot for remote work, while the dining area seats six and overlooks picturesque aspen trees.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including bakeware, dishes, pots, pans, major appliances, and even a stovetop popcorn maker for cozy movie nights.

On the main floor, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, Roku TV, and a bright window. The adjacent bathroom includes a separate vanity and shower area, along with a heated bidet.

Nice place that had everything we needed. The design of the condo gives everyone privacy. There’s plenty of seating in the living room so we could all congregate and watch TV. The location was perfect too!

Awesome location and amenities! Within walking distance of the Village at Mammoth (Mammoth Rocks weekend was fun). Pool, hot tub, game room all great! Condo was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Beautiful condo close to village

My family of 6 stayed here w dog as well and the condo is walking distance to village as well as across the street from shuttle stop. Love the pool and jacuzzi and condo was just as beautiful as the pictures!

Great Condo and perfect location

This condo was perfect for my family ski vacation. Bus pick up was right there and the kitchen was perfect for cooking up some meals. There was room for all of us to relax.

Mammoth

clean, easy. Some things a bit dated..... toaster only burns you should replace it. Cable box is sketch. It fell & we needed to call for repair (maybe shelf back there?) We were there during 6ft snow with no front door mat, had to use towel to keep from flooding the floor but there was only 1 large towel for each person..... You could splurge a bit on the towels for each guest! One frying pan had no handle, another handle is very loose & unsafe. Overall it was fine, just little nusances that are annoying for mature traveler

Great location and walking distance to the village

I loved the location of where the room is actually located. The views from the room are great. Very happy it's on the second floor, especially when it's snowing. You can see everything from all the windows. Also, like that you can walk to the village for the gondola or take the bus right across the parking. Very cozy stay.

Friends weekend getaway

This property had everything we needed for our weekend of snowboarding and sledding. The unit was fully equipped and layout/bed arrangement worked perfectly! The grounds and lobby were great for entertainment! Proximity to surrounding area was great as well! Only downfall was no heat in upstairs bedroom, but didn’t impact us much!

Comfortable lodging, convenient location

The condo was clean, comfortable and worked well for our ski trip! Conviently located near the Village and close to Canyon lodge. Was glad they plowed space for parking because they were was a lot of snow. Could use floor mats in front and place to store snowy/wet snow gear. That was a small inconvenience. Great stay overall!

Awesome Mountain Town Stay!

This condo is very warm and cozy for a winter vacation destination. It has easy access to Canyon Lodge for skiing and it’s not too far from the village. Being pet friendly made it the perfect rental for our family ski vacation!

Great stay

This was a great condo in a good location. It was a very short walk to the downtown area so that was nice. I really appreciate that they included fans because most places don’t. I feel the toaster needs to be replaced though, it burns a small part of the bread even when it’s on a low setting, that’s the only negative.
