This large, 3-bedroom, 3-bath, three level townhome, is situated in the desirable, park-like Snowcreek complex offering breathtaking views of Mammoth Rock from the interior, as well as the three outdoor decks. Whether curling up in front of the living room s cozy wood-burning fireplace, or grilling your summer dinner on the private gas BBQ, your group of up to 10 is sure to love this exceptional location for a perfect mountain getaway.

The spacious living area features a fully-equipped, upgraded chef s kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, an in-unit washer/dryer, private, secure WiFi, flat screen TVs throughout (each with smart Blu-ray players, and many offer 3D*), and a stash of board games for that perfect family evening. On the lower floor, you ll find three bedrooms: two with King beds and the third with a Queen over Queen bunk bed. On the highest level, a sleeping loft provides 3 Twin beds with an additional Twin trundle (loft has 4 Twin beds total).

Steps from your front door, you ll enjoy access to community hot tubs and sauna, as well as a conveniently-located stop for the town s free shuttle service. Located less than a mile from Little Eagle Lodge and Chairlift 15, and about a mile and a half from Mammoth s famed Village shopping center, Snowcreek sits perched between a large meadow and 27 holes of golf.

Blocks away is the area s premier private health club, the Snowcreek Athletic Club,** which offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spin, yoga, martial arts, a trampoline room, full-sized indoor basketball courts, racquetball, and five seasonally available tennis courts. Outdoor activities abound with free cross country ski trails, hiking trails, and national parks. In the summer, hike to Devils Postpile and Rainbow Falls; fish, kayak or paddle board in the nearby lakes basin or at Crowley Lake. Rent a pontoon boat, kick back and BBQ your catch on Convict Lake. Mammoth is truly a year-round resort. And if that s not enough, you re only a 30-minute drive from Yosemite National Park.

I cooked the entire week we spent there. The kitchen was lacking full a sized casserole dish which I ended up purchasing at Vons and a full set of measuring spoons. I had to wash spoons after each meal because there weren’t enough.

Great layout, great location!

The condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The loft turned into The Kid Zone and they really enjoyed their hangout.The condo complex is nice with plenty of parking and we were only a 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge.

Basic Accomodation

Overall, Snowcreek is desirable, the unit itself is average and would have expected more for the price. It cannot comfortably sleep 10. Bathrooms are small, except for the master, and outdated. Central heating thermostat was not working correctly in the downstairs bedrooms resulting in the use of electric heathers. Hot water tank cannot maintain water heat for 10 people. Overall, unit was OK, average, but not worth the nightly price.

Cabin lacks standard amenities

The location of the cabin was excellent, just a 5-minute drive to essential spots like the Village, Vons, a sledding area, and a coffee shop. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a few key reasons.Firstly, I found it odd that a rental cabin for a four-night stay did not provide sufficient essential items like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. These are typically standard inclusions. When we requested additional supplies, the property manager stated they only provide a “starter pack,” and we were responsible for the rest. This should have been made explicitly clear in the listing rather than buried in the lengthy rental agreement details.Additionally, parking arrangements were poorly communicated. Although the cabin was advertised for 10 people (plus a dog), we were only given two parking passes despite having four cars. Initially, we were told we needed to park two cars in a lot near the Village, which cost us 56 per car for one night. After repeated communication, the manager eventually allowed us to park all our cars at the rental lot for the remaining three nights, but the lack of clarity in the listing cost us 112 unnecessarily. This could have been avoided with clearer information upfront.The cabin itself was disappointing and in need of major updates. The green carpet throughout was unattractive, the beds were uncomfortable, and one of the master bedroom heaters did not work, which was particularly inconvenient during a winter.

Family vacation for 8 adults

The size of the condo was good for 6 adults and 2 teens who stayed in the loft. The kitchen needed a spatula for cooking eggs and pancakes and more spoons and a large cutting board. I called them and they brought out new spoons and cutting board and spatula the next day. Every time I called them I was able to talk to someone and took care of our needs. It was in great location an very quiet.

Close but missed the mark

Online looked great. One of the 3 bedrooms had double-bed bunk beds. Not such a great idea for a party of 4 (Only one couple) expecting a room with two double beds side by side not bunkbeds. Also found the toilets very, very low. Was surprised to have dust on drapes when opened to see the view. Neither ice maker or water worked on refrigerator. Check in was easy.

lovely stay in beautiful cabin

9/10 stay - booked this cabin for a Thur-Sun weekend for my birthday. vibes were immaculate, location is only minutes from eagle lodge, dog friendly, and has all the amenities and cooking gear you would need for a weekend away. The community sauna was epic but unfortunately the spa was out of order. Only innaccuracy on the listing is the couch from the pictures was replaced by an uncomfortable, smaller leather couch.

Nice spot in mammoth

This was a nice place to stay. Checkin process and all relevant information to the condo, hot tub and other amenities, etc was clearly laid out in a document sent a few days before, which was really helpful. Overall the condo was comfortable and as advertised. It had a lot of bed space which was nice. The only drawback was a lack of a large pot and a lack of baking sheets in the kitchen, but this was minor and the kitchen was well stocked otherwise so we were able to work around that without much issue.

Overview

Kitchen didn’t have baking sheet and other every day items. The refrigerator filtered water and ice wasn’t working. Bathrooms are all on the bottom floor and that makes it hard for anyone staying on the third floor. Fire wood was too thick to catch fire there wasn't a hatchet to cut it into smaller pieces. On the plus side there was plenty of room for all of us to comfortably hang out.

Perfect size for our large family
