This light and bright 3 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom spacious Townhouse in

Mammoth Lakes California is located next to the Snowcreek meadow with

spectacular mountain views and the creek just outside the door. With

unobstructed views, and a large grassy area right outside the deck down to the

creek, this settings offers the perfect getaway and the home features ample

natural light flooding in. Cozy up together in the living area with wood

burning fireplace, flatscreen TV, and large sectional couch to fit everyone.

The kitchen comes stocked with all the kitchenware of home, and has plenty of

seating for your large group in the dining area that seats 8 with two extra

bonus seating area's. Enjoy the kitchen nook with dining for 4 and a comfy

couch to relax, or sit at the game table and battle out a game of checkers.

This unit is stocked with games, and lots of books and magazines to settle

into by the fire. There is a gas grill located on the upper balcony, and a

private washer/dryer gets the chores done on the lower level. And don't forget

this unit is pet friendly so you can even bring Fido who love the Snowcreek

Meadow to run and play in the Snow!



On the lower level the master bedroom features a relaxing ambiance with King

bed looking out to shoe quaint scenic views, private attached bathroom and

walk in closet, and access to the private lower level deck where you can step

out and walk down to the creek, or the perfect spot for your morning coffee.

The second bedroom offers a King bed, while the third features a Queen bed,

sharing a full bathroom in the hall. There is an additional powder room

bathroom at the entrance level. The loft is perfect for the younger visitors

featuring 3 Twin beds plus an additional trundle twin bed for a total of 4.

With games and plenty of space, this is the perfect hang out space for the

kids. The home also comes with a secure external equipment storage closet at

the entrance for all of your gear. A children's travel pack n play is also

included in the King bedroom for the littles, so don't worry about packing

your own.



Snowcreek offers luxurious, grassy knolls, spas, saunas, and a quiet

neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow, a cross country ski trek or a

snowball fight while taking in nature's majesty. This is a spacious, beautiful

year-round choice. This unit has free WIFI and Cable TV. It is on 3 split

levels plus the additional loft, has its own front door and 3 steps to get to

the front entry door. All guests receive complimentary full access to

Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,

steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking

spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is

required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative

options. This home is pet-friendly with one approved pet. Our calendar is

Fun with family and friends

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and really enjoyed the property. Lots of space outside for us to hang out and for the kids to play, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful views!

Great Location-great view-dog friendly

Relaxing, quiet end unit condo with access to the meadow and view of both the meadow and mountains. Very comfortable and kitchen was pretty well equipped. Not all the windows opened but we managed with the ones that did. We would rent this unit again.

Great Location

Great Location, problems with the provided amenities, access to the club was a problem, took a couple of tries talking with the front desk. The provided key to the Hottub on the property did not work.

Fall visit

This is a great location with beautiful views of the Mammoth rock and awesome fall colors. Very spacious for a large group, cozy fireplace and kitchen will stocked to create any meal. The only issue we had was using the BBQ on the small deck next to the woodpile. It is a gas grill and EASILY flared up which made us uncomfortable using it. One would need to stand outside next to it the entire time while BBQing to be on the safe side. We would recommend placing a fire extinguisher next to the BBQ. We loved our visit and would definitely book this unit again!!

Winter Ski Trip

We had a great time staying at this condo. Even though we were snowed in for several days the incredible view over the nature preserve and the well stoked home kept us cozy. I could definitely see how the long path to the door could be an issue for checking in if it hadn’t been plowed yet which u saw mentioned by other reviewers. For us we were already settled when the. Big storm hit so it only added to the adventure! The staff of the complex worked their tails off keeping the paths and roads clear but with an Armageddon storm it was impossible to keep up . The home was a bit dated but it had everything we needed and we loved being able to bring our dog. Great stay!

Perfect spot!

The location of this unit was in a perfect spot in the complex. Right next to a huge meadow for long morning walks. The unit is spacious and comfortable. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Nice condo!

We had a lovely stay with our family in this very nice unit. The location is great and the unit is spacious. The table areas were great and helpful with our large family. My only negative is the windows and window screens need replacing as they were broken and the sofa sectional is old and a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were very nice and the views were awesome! We will come back!

Review

The location was fabulous. The refrigerator appeared to be not working the first night but the management was very quick to bring over an ice chest and ice. By the next morning, it seemed to be cooler. The only issue we found is that the windows didn't open, which made it quite stuffy. The few that did open, we had to take off the screen and push out with our hands. They definitely need to be fixed or replaced. Kitchen utensils could be replenished. Overall, spacious with a great location.
