Welcome to our Mammoth Lakes Condo in Snowcreek V! As soon as you walk in, you will feel at home - just in beautiful Mammoth! Cozy and complete with mountain decor, this spacious condo will provide ample room for all of your family's needs. Located in Snowcreek V, you will have views of Mammoth Mountain, Mammoth Rock and the Sherwin. The dog fee is $150 per dog. There is a bed and TOT tax of 14% added to the rent separately that is paid to Mono Lake County.

All one level, bottom floor, two stairs to the door. Spacious open floor plan with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the living, dining and kitchen area. Walk right out the front door to hiking, biking and views of Mammoth Rock!

You are just steps away from Snowcreek golf course and Mammoth Athletic Club & Spa (extra charge). Relax on the deck of this quiet oasis and enjoy the tranquility.

.6 miles from Old Mammoth Road and right next to Snowcreek Golf Course. There is a shuttle stop at the corner of Old Mammoth Road and Minaret. Very quiet and safe to walk out the front door to many trails including hidden lake.

Close to bus lines. .4 walk.

This first floor unit with parking right in front (plenty) has it's own front door and no hallways or stairs! 1453 square feet. Bedrooms on opposite sides for maximum privacy. Wood floors.
- Pet fee is $150 - dog only! No cats - severe allergies.
- Quiet hours 10pm - 7am
- Call for pet requirements of the HOA association

I have to say that our stay at Terri’s home was more than I expected. She is a wonderful host, very kind and helpful. Her home was spotless and the kitchen had everything you would need to prepare our meals. My son and his wife met us there and we had an awesome time. They brought their dog Bruce and he had a good time too. I would highly recommend this property and our host Terri!

The host Terry was very welcoming and the condo had all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. The condo was so comfortable, warm, cozy, and in a great location surrounded by beautiful snow covered mountains. We enjoyed walks around Snowcreek and the serene snow covered mountains were so calming and beautiful. We can’t wait to go back and stay in this condo again!

Such a great stay. This place felt like home the second we walked in. The home was cozy, spacious, and super comfortable with the perfect mountain vibe.Terry is amazing. Communication was quick, clear, and easy the whole time. Truly 10-star hosts who really care.And the condo had everything. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, tons of space, thoughtful touches everywhere We kept saying, “wow, they thought of that too.” It made the trip so easy.Location is awesome too — quiet, beautiful views, trails right outside the door, and easy parking.Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic two bedroom condo in the beautiful and exclusive Snowcreek V development right in the heart of Old Mammoth and minutes away from everything while also quiet and secluded. Extremely pet friendly, well-maintained with an updated kitchen and nicely decorated and furnished living and dining areas. Comfortable beds, luxury bath towels, and a single level floor plan perfect for families with dogs that have short legs, or families dealing with strollers or individuals who need to avoid stairs. Extremely friendly and communicative hosts who genuinely cared about our enjoyment and comfort. Recommend 1000%!

We found this property to be relaxing and a perfect break from hectic city life. It was easy to check in and out, the unit was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could think of. It was well organised, had plenty of cooking, dish and glassware. The living area was comfortable, and set up for conversation or games and we spent most of our time, after hiking, enjoying time together. The property was very dog friendly with crates available and dog bowls. Parking was directly in front of unit. The location was perfectly located in a quiet area with easy access to town and the golf course. We would definitely stay in this property again!

We’ve stayed in several locations in mammoth but this one by far has been our favorite. Terri is so accommodating to her guests and she is always in communication for anything we may need. I can’t recommend this location enough not only for the location being close to hikes but the overall comfort.

Wonderful host, Terry was easy to communicate with and was very helpful before and during our stay! The location and home were perfect- plenty of space for my family of 4 doggy

Restful Stay at Snowcreek V

We always look forward to our Summer stay in Mammoth. We like this area because the landscaping and buildings are carefully maintained by Snowcreek. It's relaxing place to take walks, ride bikes, and enjoy the beauty. The condo has an updated kitchen and provides everything you might need to prepare meals. The owners are very friendly and responsive to any needs we've had in the past. Also, the condo is well taken care of and clean. We look forward to coming back!

Mammoth Holiday

We had a Great adventure in Mammoth!! We spent a day at June Lake, a day in Yosemite and a day at convict lake. In the evenings we stayed in our cozy vrbo watching movies and playing games. This townhouse was very comfortable and well appointed.

Snowy Wonderland

Wonderfully appointed townhouse with everything you could possibly ask for! All amenities were exactly as described or even better. We stayed during a snow storm and the property was quickly plowed and tended to giving us quick access to the mountain. The property was well maintained and had a great view of the area. Close to town, yet far enough away to feel secluded. Hosts were easy to communicate with and friendly. We will be back again soon!
