We had a great stay in Mammoth with my mom and brother. The condo was very functional and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of seating, clean sheets, and a cozy fireplace with lots of firewood. We also enjoyed the small outdoor balcony. Overall, it worked really well for our trip.

The common areas were excellent. The property is close to shops and restaurants and right on top of a red line spot. Unfortunately it’s a longish ride up to the mountain (20 minutes), but we had a great time.

Convient location for families

With super markets close and a few restaurants in walking distance, its very convenient for families. Not walking disance to the hill and the buses are hit or miss. Nice hot tubs as well.

Great Experience

Rental was everything we hoped it would be. Nice and comfortable with great space for our 5 person group and great location in easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the bus stop to get up to the Main Lodge for skiing. Would definitely stay here again.

great location, walking distance to Roberto's and Jimmy's Traverna, the Rafters. There is a Rite Aid and small market within walking distance also. The place is clean, and nice linens, enough towels and washcloths, even small bar soaps and shampoo/conditioner/lotions. Kitchen is stocked with what you need to cook. Just a great stay all in all.

Great Location!

We had a great time and loved the location! We were able to walk to dinner/coffee everyday which was really nice. House is slightly dated but not bad. Much nicer and bigger than we expected. Only downside is the bedrooms are downstairs so you can hear people in the living room if you go to bed early. We'd stay again!

Good Value

Overall not a bad place especially for overpriced Mammoth Lakes. Comfortable enough but kitchen pretty dated. Liked the new floors and sofas/TV were great. Biggest knock is location - it's right on Old Mammoth Road and is really LOUD. Still a good value.

Very nice property.

Very nice property located in a perfect location. Only issue was check in, we arrived early and tried to check in early and they would not allow us to. That was difficult with 2 small children to wait around for an hour and a half. Other than that, it was a very nice condo! Very clean!
