the dining table.



In the master bedroom there is a King size bed as well as TV and the full

bathroom is just outside the door. There is even a sleeper sofa in the living

room for the kids or additional guests. The Summit complex offers terrific

amenities like an outdoor pool as well as 6 jacuzzis, 4 saunas and 3 BBQ areas

spread throughout the complex, fitness center, and tennis courts. Underground

covered garage parking avoids any shoveling on those snowy days.



All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to

enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness

facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum

of 4 people and comes with one assigned garage parking space. This unit comes

with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come,

first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided one parking

pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our

office for alternative options. There are multiple stairs to this second floor

unit and no elevator, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted.
