Cleaning services were not done timely. Went out for skiing at 8:00am and back to the hotel at 4:00pm during my stay but the service was not done and my family waited in the lobby till done for more than 30 min. The reception staff was also horrible. Not helpful to resolve the issue and said the janitors left already so my room couldn’t be serviced while they were cleaning other rooms.

we stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights but the room staff don't change the linen or fitted sheets everyday. I also noticed that they dont clean the bathroom either eventhough you requested for a room clean up. They only changed the towels. Breakfast and coffeee or teas are free but expect the same menu everyday. It would be better if they at least offer some variety. The aircon is also annoying. It's very loud as it goes on and off automatically with room temp. setting. Location wise is good. i hope they can improve with this review.

The staff is friendly, but the hotel need updates, parking garage is low and tight. The breakfast is no good not to mention the lady we’re using the same towel to clean the countertop to clean the waffles maker and other food items. This is very concerning and none sanitary and unhealthy.
