The staff is friendly, but the hotel need updates, parking garage is low and tight. The breakfast is no good not to mention the lady we’re using the same towel to clean the countertop to clean the waffles maker and other food items. This is very concerning and none sanitary and unhealthy.

The property met our needs but with no extra frills. Room was clean, just old and dark, with thin walls- updating would be nice. Chair was broken and some lights didn’t work. Bed was comfortable. Dining area is in the basement. Underground parking is nice but you’ll need 4 wheel drive or chains to get out if there’s snow/ice. Close to bus stop and restaurants.

As a first time Best Western customer: 1)Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. 2)Room was average--heating unit was louder than expected and not easy to sleep through. 3) Fridge didn't keep items cold 4) Not many channels available on tv 5) On last day no breakfast was available, only cereal and stale bread. No advanced notice or reason why 6) On last day, I was told pipe broke and no water for the day. 7) When we arrived at 4:30pm that day, housekeeping had just started to clean room. We were tired from skiing all day and said just empty garbages, as we're tired. 8) Floors were dirty but nothing was cleaned earlier in the day. 9) Shower was nice, hot and powerful. Please fix the wall around the shower head 10) Some dresser drawers didn't work properly 11) Difficult to take luggage to underground parking since there are no elevators and when it snows, there was no choice but to muscle two 30" suitcases down the 15 stairs. 12) Blankets and covers insufficient for current temps which are in the low 20's. Unfortunately, for the room price, the positives didn't outweigh the negatives so we will look elsewhere on our Mammoth trips this season. thank you.

The hotel is conveniently located near dining options and a gas station. The check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back next Christmas!

This is the second time I've stayed at this property, the first time they ran out of hot water but I just chalked it up as bad luck and things like that happen. On the second day of our stay this time the complimentary breakfast bar was empty. The front desk said the worker called in and there would be no breakfast. What, one person calls in and the whole kitchen closes down. The complimentary breakfast is key for a family travelling with kids and the reason I choose to stay here over other similar hotels in the area that do not offer this. I understand now that this property is run with a skeleton crew, I will not be booking this place again.

The room was clean and close to the main lodge. Breakfast is okay, but it's very close to many places to eat. Would definitely stay again.
