This beautiful recently remodeled, spacious corner townhome offers everything to make your Mountain vacation the best yet. Located in the Mammoth Estates community, this unit is the perfect year-round getaway. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one of the best locations in town! You’ll be just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is spread over two levels and offers a spacious floor plan with upgrades throughout. Enjoy stone countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace that creates a cozy yet refined atmosphere. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals, and the adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room on the plush sectional sofa while enjoying the gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV. Upstairs, the first bedroom features a queen bed with access to a shared hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower level includes the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, providing sleeping space for four. These rooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, a mudroom at the entry for gear storage, and a private semi-covered balcony with outdoor seating on the upper level. This home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests, is non-smoking, and not pet-friendly. Our stay at Mammoth Estates was wonderful . From the minute I contacted them on the day of our arrival until our departure, they went above and beyond to make sure our vacation went well. First, when we were on our drivefrom LA to Mammoth. Iemailed the office midway to ask if we could check in early. They responded and said it was a very busy day due to the holidays but they would try. 2 hours later, I received a text saying that our condo was ready. . On our 1st night our washing machine was a little tricky to turn on. I called the office at 5 PM, & they sent a technician to help. The office also called the next day to make sure our washing machine was working well which it was. finally what was so unusual about staying in this condo were the replenishment of supplies. The condo has all of the supplies, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, washing machine, soap, dish, dishwashing soap, paper towels, napkins, etc. but it was so helpful to call the office for them to deliver then when we ran out. In other rentals we’ve stayed in-not related to this condo, we were responsible for the supplies. It made such a difference to not have to go to the store. All of the team members in the office were great but Ian was exceptional. He has extremely strong communication skills and each interaction we had with him, he was very responsive, kind, and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. Ian made our stay perfect. Thank you!!

Beautiful property

We love all the upgrades it was very pretty and very user friendly. Had everything we needed expect it was very hot, but the property manager brought us a couple fans. Maybe a screen on the sliding door. Loved the bbq, the kitchen is very stocked! When I looked for properties I looked at the bed set up before anything else. That needs to be changed. It says one queen room, one king room, 2 bunk bed room, and a 2 queen bed room. There are 2 queen bedrooms but no bedroom with 2 queen beds, just change description it’s deceiving, we did not have enough space for my daughters family they stayed elsewhere.

Nice property; great location

The condo was very clean and nice. The kitchen was well-stocked. The location is perfect for walks to the Village. My only complaints would be that there was no barbecue and the closets and drawers in the bedrooms were pretty full so we had to live out of suitcases for the week.
