The go karts and ropes course wasn’t available and we booked this location specifically because of that. The shower didn’t drain properly, and the room keys stop working a few times. The property was nice otherwise. The attached Resturant was really good.

It was a lovely hotel in an ideal location. For families, there is a lot to offer with a pool, putting green, gaming room, etc. The bar/restaurant is lovely with inside-outside options. It is however, a bit pricey.

We enjoy our stay! The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. We liked that there was a lot of activities for the kids. The restaurant was convenient and the food was good. The downside was not having breakfast available to us. But overall a great hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was lovely! The grounds are immaculate and the staff is beyond helpful. The food at Mainland is delicious. The prices to stay on LBI in the summer are absurd. This is a terrific alternative!

The receptionist during check looked miserable. Didn't speak, more of mumble. I felt I was inconveniencing her by being there. The fitness center has 1 treadmill which was broken. Lastly, I paid over $300 for 1 night to be woken up at 5:30a for food deliveries right outside my window. Loud and consistent for over an hour. Could never fall back asleep. Not the deliverers fault, just dont charge your patron $300 dollars when you know they will be woken by beeping and slamming at 0530. Good part about the hotel- free coffee.

We come here once a year. Great location. Because they have so many weddings and events, it can definitely cause issues.
