Locate in a quiet neighborhood close to Esperanza beach, Enjoy all this tropical and coast area we are close to more than 7 beaches where you can snorkel, surfing, and swim year-round in our warm blue Caribean water.

The Space:
Welcome to our luxurious and spacious vacation home in the beautiful town of Manati, Puerto Rico! With 9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private pool, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and a BBQ, our property is perfect for large groups or families (18-20 people) looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

The Space:
Our vacation home is a true gem that boasts ample space and modern amenities. It features a private pool that is perfect for a refreshing dip during the warm Caribbean days. The outdoor area also includes a BBQ grill and plenty of outdoor seating, making it the perfect spot for a family cookout.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the expansive and beautifully decorated living area. It features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV that is perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

Our vacation home also features not one, but two fully equipped kitchens, making meal prep a breeze for large groups. The first kitchen is located on the main floor, and the second one is located on the lower level, providing additional space for meal prep and storage!

With nine bedrooms and five bathrooms, our property can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. Each bedroom features a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space to make you feel right at home. The bathrooms are modern and spacious, providing ample space for getting ready for a day of exploring.

The Location:
Our vacation home is located in the beautiful town of Manati, Puerto Rico, known for its stunning beaches, rich history, and vibrant culture. Our property is just a short drive from some of the best beaches in the area, including Mar Chiquita and Los Tubos. We are also located near many restaurants, shops, and other attractions.

Please note that our property is located in a quiet residential area, and we kindly ask that our guests be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels down during quiet hours.

Guest Access:
Once you arrive please park your car across the street in front of the villa, that is safe parking there.

We have a private pool, a balcony, wifi, everything you need in kitchen , and in case a doubt, we're here to help you.

We are 40 minutes without traffic from San Juan Airport. Make sure you reserve your car rental with time to enjoy the beauty of this part of this Island.

The Neighborhood:
Our local neighbors are very friendly and hard-working people, as we are in the countryside and also on the coast side of this beautiful Island in which you can choose from many beaches at your preference!

Getting Around:
We are located on the same path that can take you to playa Esperanza a beautiful beach that you can walk swim safely or if you walk further you will get to the open ocean where you can surf, swim or walk on the beach.

Our villa is very close to more than 7 beautiful beaches like Mar chiquita, playa Puerto Nuevo, to surf 🏄🏼‍♀️ playa los tubos, Playa poza las mujeres, playa las golondrinas and the closes one in playa Esperanza is a reserved place open Friday, Saturday and Sunday and many more beaches around to drive from 5 to 7 minutes.

8 minutes away you will get to playa Puerto nuevo, a beautiful beach and on the way there you will see Los tubo beach you can surf there too.

We are 10 minutes away from the Barceloneta Outlets
