Our room was clean. The beds were not comfortable. Tub drain must have been clogged as the water from our showers went down really slow. Staff was good. Breakfast was okay, just needs some fresh choices and maybe better quality food choices. Such as eggs, meats and baked good are pretty bland and sub par quality.

They charged a credit card $100 upon check in just in case you damage the room. It is supposed to be returned but I was insulted by this. Given we are retired and senior citizens it would seem unlikely they should do this. We also waited over 10 min for someone to come check us in eventhough we could hear people in the front office.

There was dry fecal matter on the wall. The toilet was made for midget everything needs updated. I asked for A extra blanket they gave me a sheet.the couch bed felt like you were sleeping on medal.
