They gave our room away even after confirming multiple times. Said was a maintenance issue and now the entire city is sold out!!!!!!!! Said “don’t worry you won’t be charged” - Gee thanks!!!!!! Worst thing a property can do is give your room Away that you already checked in on the app!!!!
