The bins piled high with rubbish outside the hotel didn’t get my stay off to a good start ! The hotel is obviously very popular and busy but is in desperate need of a refresh . There are much better options for a similar price closer to the airport but I needed a room for 3 so gave this a try . The staff were lovely and the breakfast was fine but the room quality was poor.

Excellent staff communication, the room was spotless, tea/coffee, hairdryer and iron in the room. Clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast

Very clean hotel, breakfast was very good. It was a very busy service, so the hot food was always fresh, the staff were friendly, cheerful and efficient, despite being clearly very busy. We checked in late at night and the woman on the desk was very cheerful and helpful. Another member of staff helped me to book a taxi back to the airport train station. The only thing about this hotel, is that it is not the Holiday Inn at the airport - it is a taxi ride away or a half hour walk, if you can cope for that far with kids and luggage. We took a taxi from the other Holiday Inn to this one. That was also cheaper, as there is a surcharge for getting a taxi pick up at the airport - so walk somewhere else to get the taxi and book it yourself!

fantastic hotel, makes you feel welcome straight away the reception staff and free breakfast very good, the extras were very handy, if you forgot toiletries they would give you free of charge if you forgot them!!! all in all 10/10
