Great location and service

Perfect location for a gig at the coop arena, staff were lovely, very accommodating when we arrived back soaked in rain with extra towels for us! Air con worked and was adjustable to make the room very comfortable.

Basic bed for the night near Co-op live

This is convenient for the Co-op Live but that’s all it has going for it. Really strange room with no bathroom - shower is in the bedroom. Tiny toilet cubicle. No kettle - they charge £3.50 for a hot drinks tray!!!

It was located in a decent spot for me. Near New Islington Metro station - perfect for getting across to the Co-op Live. Room was fine - a little rough around the edges but clean and comfortable. I got a good enough night's sleep and that's what matters. Staff were really friendly too.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was not clean — there was black, greasy dirt on the floor, the towels were stained, and there was hair on the bedding. The chair in the room was so old and filthy that it couldn’t even be used. The layout was bizarre and completely impractical. The bathroom (with a glass door!) was right beside the bed — offering zero privacy — and there was no fan or proper ventilation in the toilet and just a small, awkward sink next to the bed for washing hands. I honestly felt like I had walked into a hospital room that had been poorly converted into a “hotel” room. I was so disappointed and uncomfortable that I immediately called Expedia customer service to request a refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was disappointed to find breakfast was not included, your listing made it sound like it was. Expensive for a buget hotel room felt like a cell. Toilet flush did not work straight away, was it on a timer? Staff very friendly and helpful, but We wouldn't stay again.

Lawrence at reception was incredibly personable and kind! The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it is a “budget” hotel after all. Lawrence genuinely made our trip.

Very limited parking. The public car park recommended by the hotel had numerous reviews online of vandalism and property theft. I decided to find an off-road private parking space, but the nearest was a considerable walk from the hotel.
