The location was good, very central and easy to get around. The night staff was friendly and help but the morning staff was rude and unfriendly. Also the bathroom was dirty with hair over the shower on the walls and even on the ceiling of the shower.

Staff was kind, but room was in poor condition—chipped and worn paint, stains on walls, broken heating / air system. And was provided with 2 bath towels (no hand towels) and 2 partially used rolls of toilet paper.

I stayed for 2 nights over a weekend, and I found the hotel and room excellent. The staff were fantastic, especially at breakfast time. The breakfast area was very well maintained and clean, and the staff were always on hand to help with anything that was needed. It's very reassuring to see staff constantly wiping down, restocking and providing good quality food. In this age of 'sticky tables and dirty cutlery', I'm pleased to say that this hotel has staff that not only keep everything clean but are happy to help and seem genuinely happy to be there. I would recommend this hotel.
