The property features an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining layout with stylish interiors that reflect the character of this historic building. This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests.
Kitchen & dining area
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. Complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt and pepper are also provided. There is a 4-seater dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal together or catching up with friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those travelling on business.

There is 1 king-size bedroom, fitted with blackout curtains and spacious mirrored wardrobes for ample storage - designed to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day exploring the city.

There is 1 bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. Bath towels and hand towels are provided, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
Living area
The living area features a 55-inch Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime TV. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed. Depending on the number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team to arrange the sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Location & parking
Paragon is located in Manchester's city centre district of Ancoats, one of the city's most sought-after neighbourhoods. The trendy Northern Quarter, Piccadilly Gardens, and Manchester's central bar and retail district are all within easy walking distance. Paid street parking is available nearby - charges may apply. The property is well connected by public transport, making it straightforward to explore everything Manchester has to offer.
Please note: as this is a city centre apartment building, there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants of the building.

Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of ÂŁ250 or a ÂŁ30.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Manchester central shopping district and Piccadilly Gardens are less than a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. From here, there are plenty of public transport options to take you around the city.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator! You will be required to walk up the stairs to the second floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.
Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of ÂŁ20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
